  1. I recently visited Paradise Ridge Family Dentistry who was truly exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in the door (on a Saturday), I was struck by the kindness and patience of the staff. But it was the dentist himself who really set this practice apart.

    Throughout my visit, the dentist took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and answer any questions I had. He was patient and understanding, and he made me feel completely at ease. I particularly appreciated the way he took the time to really listen to my concerns and address them in a thoughtful and compassionate manner.

    In addition to the excellent care I received, I was also impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the office. The facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the equipment was state-of-the-art. I always feel safe and comfortable while visiting this practice, and I know I’m in good hands.

  2. My wife and I were in today for cleanings and their new whitening system. We both had a great experience with Val our hygienist who explained everything and made us feel like we’d been friends for life. Val used the laser which really has helped my gums heal. Our teeth are definitely whiter. We both had a great experience, highly recommend this office.

  3. I want to say something because I think more people need to know this. I brushed my teeth twice a day for years and years and flossed every single day. I had cavity after cavity and filling after filling. The only sugar I would consume would be in my coffee or an occasional dessert at a restaurant. I had read an article about how our ancestors for thousands of years didn’t brush their teeth and did not have major dental problems like we do today. I stopped brushing my teeth 10 years ago. Not only did I stop getting new cavities but my cavities that started closed up completely and healed. I had a dental appointment the other day and not only did I not have any cavities but the dentist said my gums and teeth were the healthiest he had ever seen. I don’t have bad breath and I don’t have to have dental insurance anymore because my teeth are actually healthy.

  5. The whole staff is really awesome!! I just got done with a 3 month mouth repair. 2 extractions, 2 crowns, & 4 fillings and my mouth is feeling and looking way better!! All the doctors are awesome and I do want to give Alexis a huge shout out. She is so driven and really shows she is made for being in dentistry. Thank you all!! Now I can smile.

    My husband has been a patient for several years at this location referred here by a family acquaintance we were faithful loyal patients and customers unfortunately the customer service in the front office the convenience of scheduling and following through with appointments as well as managerial issues has led us to going with a whole other dental group. At one point I was taken back for my appointment by a tech she never introduce yourself to me never said good morning to me she did ask me to sit down in the chair and then she began teaching me to put on the apron and go forward with x-rays without once introducing herself or even make it I contact with me. Proceed at your own risk the doctors and the dental hygienist are good but it’s just not worth the lack of customer service and support from the management team to improve these sorts of experiences.

    The last dental experience I had was very bad. It gave me a fear of dentist. It took me 3 years to see a dentist again because of this . Alot of catching up to do now.Had a tooth extraction done today. Dr Ganne was very patient and kind, and he listened to me. His assistant was very nice too. Felt pressure which is normal, but no pain. I felt alot of anxiety today, but I now will be more relaxed for more dental care scheduled here. Thank You and the front staff is very nice too. I recommend Smile Dental Studio.

    It was horrible I was racially discriminated against I had their own insurance plan I paid $300 for an insurance plan a year through their dentistry I had one left and they treated me bad and they told me I had to pay extra money I will never go back to smile dental again I feel so sad and betrayed I cannot believe it I was a customer for at least five years and I was racially discriminated against I felt very bad in that place might even think about getting a lawyer I advise no one to go to this smile dental place bad place of business I went to get my teeth cleaned I heard there best hygienist. Daniel is leaving due to the new staff it is a horrible place I will not want my kids or anyone else to go there please save your money and find a better place to go to. Especially. If you. Black. Or. Mexican.

    I made an appointment for an emergency extraction for a wisdom tooth and was blown away with the staff and service I got. I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and they were very accommodating to me and comforting. They got me in right away and took the best care. My family and I will definitely be getting all our future dental work done here.

    No one likes going to the dentist but my experience at smile dental studio was a positive one. I came in with a bad toothache of my wisdom teeth on both sides of my mouth and I knew I had to have them removed. I did have insurance so that kind of ease my mind on the financial part of the experience but even if I didn’t have insurance the cost of my procedure was actually pretty affordable. When leading up to the actual procedure this facility has many updated pieces of equipment to be able to x-ray and see a very clear view of whatever issue you may have which is very impressive. The procedure was painless and quickly taking care of. The staff were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and the actual dentist was friendly professional and had a great sense of humor. To be honest it was probably one of my best dental appointments ever. I have a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks and I’m not dreading it.

    I had the best experience at DC Dental. There office staff was warm and welcoming. I was informed about what to expect before Dr Chang did any work. The hygienist was very friendly and made me feel at ease. They did an excellent job on my crowns I’m very happy and love the way they look. I highly recommend this dental office!

    Dr is super nice and friendly. Got me in quickly and presented plan and got to work right away. I am satisfied with work in and out within an hour to do my tooth. They listen. I just wanted one tooth fixed. My other office wouldn’t fix one tooth only. Thank you for listening.

    Dr. Chang is intense when it comes to his work but an extremely personable character. I called around noon to see if I could get a walk in appointment, and I was told if I could be here before 4, I could be seen. I came in, filled out some paperwork online, and was immediately called back. Got an x-ray, met Dr. Chang, and began. I needed to stop a few times because I could still feel some pain and he did not hesitate to listen or doubt my experience. In the end, he truly wanted to know my experience coming in to see him. Though he is not my regular dentist, because mine is in another town, I am thinking of making the switch since I do work in the area he is located. Dr. Chang also made it known that he is in this line of work to truly help people. I could honestly tell that was the case without him stating that. I’m the end, I had to get a root canal and a crown. He had me in the chair and done in just under two hours. Extremely satisfied with my experience.

    I came in because of mollar pain, Dr.Chang did an amazing job. Even though my wisdom tooth was an ordinary one and a big challenge he was able to extract it. I was not in pain during the procedure, he was making sure I was calm and checking if I was in pain. All of the staff were wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely come back and I truly recommend him.
