  2. I was at my scheduled appointment time about 5 minutes early. I sat in the waiting room for about 5 minutes and the receptionist told me the doctor had just gone into surgery; they had been running behind. She then told me I could get another appointment in a month. I scheduled it and told her to please call if this happens. She said she did call, but it was to confirm my appointment. I told her, no, to let me know if the doctor can’t see me so I don’t waste time and money coming here for nothing. It was as if it was common to do that to people. It made me feel so unimportant. Then I look at these reviews of people getting right in by calling the same day for a crown and I feel even worse.

  3. Wonderful front desk staff !! And service. When the front desk people are happy then you know it’s a good place. The dentist was kind and listened to my concerns. With insurance the prices were manageable. Couldn’t recommend them more!!!!

  4. This place is the best! Everyone is super nice! I typically see Dr. Cooke and she is WONDERFUL! She does the cleanings herself! My teeth always feel great after seeing her! I also needed a crown last summer and they got me in right away! I was also crazy nervous about it and they were amazing! It ended up super easy! All of my experiences with them have been excellent. I’m moving out of state and am seriously considering just coming back every 6 months so that I can keep this dental office! Highly recommend StarWhite Dental for any dental needs!

  5. Everyone at Starwhite Dental is great. The whole staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Every procedure I’ve had has been pain-free. I am currently in the process of getting a dental implant and even that procedure has virtually no pain with it. They will work with you on financial issues as well. I pray that you would not need dental work but if you do, THIS would be the place to go. I highly recommend StarWhite Dental.

    I absolutely love this place! Every time I’ve came for an appointment, all staff members are welcoming, friendly, and attentive to all their patient’s needs. During my root canal procedure, Dr. Santos and his assistant, Christian, were very caring and informed me of every step during the process. I highly recommend this place for dental needs!

    I have really bad anxiety and am an adult with ASD. While going to the dentist is generally nerve wracking for me they’ve been very accommodating and understanding. Plus most of the procedures go quickly and they let me keep my noise cancelling earphones on to drown out most of the noises.

    I had a wonderful experience with the Murrieta branch compared to the bad experience I had with the Lake Elsinore branch, the sleepy girl took my details, we got disconnected, but she never called me back. From the moment I heard Alexis friendly voice (Murrieta branch) on the phone, I knew that this was a better option than the LE one. Thank you for being helpful and patient with my questions, Alexis. Joe was my Xray tech, who made me feel comfortable, and relaxed, considering I have a high gag reflex, the x-rays were done in no time. Dr Trinh was also thorough in explaining, the different options. I met a few other friendly people, Cynthia explained the financial side of things and I think there was a Heidi as well. I also like that you sit in your car and wait for them to call you, compared to the LE one where there were so many people standing around in the small lobby. I have another appointment with ortho tomorrow, I will update this review as my journey with WD Murrieta continues.

    I came to Cal Oaks Dental after having a horrible experience at another nearby dentist. The other dentist was unable to numb my tooth after 11 shots! I have dental anxiety and they seemed to blame me for the issues. Then they said they were unable to finish the crown for me & told me I would have to go elsewhere. So I was left with a partially drilled out tooth. I called Cal Oaks Dental and explained the situation. They got me a quick appointment a few days out. The staff at COD was kind, courteous and helpful. The dentist, Dr. Todd, was awesome. He numbed my tooth on the first try! I didn’t feel a thing. So glad I found this place. I will be coming back for future dental care. Thank you!
