The dentists are great but office management is terrible!! I would never trust that office again. They gave me the price of the implant, but didn’t give me the complete price. I got trapped having to pay additional $2,600. Their communication is not clear. I also had to wait two to three hours to get called and got yelled out and was demanded to leave the office because I complained about waiting for three hours. so once my in dental work is completed, I would never return to Sierra Dental again. Thank God for finding another dental office that is professional in management!

Today was my first appointment with Sierra Dental. The staff was very nice and welcoming and I want to say the man that took my X-rays name was Chris and he was the nicest! I was not able to get any work done due to an infection but the dentist prescribed me antibiotics and something for pain and I appreciate that! I will definitely be going back again for the rest of my dental work
Amazing office! I called morning of due to having tooth pain and they were able to get me in within a couple of hours. Awesome and helpful staff from front office to the back office. I even received a call a few hours after I had left to check in on me an see how I was doing. Thank you all for everything!
