  1. Had a great appointment there this morning, they were able to get me in within an hour for an emergency appointment as a new patient. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. I loved how the dentist explained things to me so I understood. I will definitely be coming back for my dental needs.

  2. Overall the service has been great. The staff are friendly and efficient. Until recently I would have given 5 stars no question. I had a small filling performed earlier this year. A few weeks after they performed it my tooth became sensitive and they told me to come in so they could check it. I assumed this would be a complementary service since it was checking the work they performed. However, that was not the case and they charged my insurance an exam fee. I was then charged for my routine exam later in the year which my insurance denied.

    I would still recommend them, just realize that you will be charged for everything they do, even when it is checking the effects of their own work.

  3. The entire staff was incredibly nice & they have the ability to take care of all your needs all on- site, including orthodontia. I was able to get in for an appointment in record time, (next day) & all the benefit paperwork was handled prior to my visit to make things seamless.

    The pricing for out-of-pocket services like fluoride in my case, are affordable.

    The magnolia namesake & aesthetic is carried throughout the interior spaces & adds to the inviting atmosphere as well, for those of us who appreciate the “pretties”.

    So glad I found this gem & as far as dentist visits go, this was a wonderful experience.

  4. Everyone I met at this office was very nice. The office itself was very clean and welcoming. I called on Tuesday for a chipped tooth and they were able to get me in within a couple of days. For the appointment and procedure itself, I was in and out of the office in less than an hour of my scheduled appointment time.

    What I liked most about this office is that I shared that I have extreme anxiety when going to the dentist and they were extremely accommodating. They took great care to walk me through everything they were doing and they were very compassionate. I would definitely recommend this office to others.

  5. The staff is very kind and helpful. My doctor made sure I was comfortable at all times during my procedure. I, also, did not have to wait long at all in their waiting room. My appointment was at 1, I was in the chair by 1:01.

    The building and interior are beautiful, very well-maintained.

    For those that are hesitant about visiting the dentist, I definitely recommend giving Magnolia Dental a try!

    I recently needed to get implants and chose this office. I had a terrible time with problems from my original dentist there. I had to go back every week for months without getting corrections. BUT! The dentist that had done my implants left this practice and M Seyal DDM took over. He is absolutely the best dentist ever! Even though he received NO money for my procedures he did everything possible to help me fix my problems with what the dentist before him had not done right. It did take a few visits to get it fixed he worked diligently to help me. I’m so happy with my results now thanks to his care. P.S. He numbed me several times and he is the most painless shot giver ever. I recommend him to absolutely everyone.

    Today’s visit was good. Even though, I couldn’t get in as soon as I wanted. Prices should be posted on the website so patients know how to budget for the services. The staff was concerned about my fear of needles and local anesthesia, but I did feel a little rushed with my appointment. But, through it all, the tooth is out and on the road for healing.

    I chipped my tooth on Sunday and got an appointment on Wednesday which in its self is amazing! Very friendly staff. The cost and work is very planned to you before any work is done which is awesome! There was no pressure to do extra work.

    Got lucky to find a next day walk-in appointment for a tooth extraction. Never been there before, but very happy at how professional and friendly everybody was, and got the procedure accomplished successfully in a timely manner. Highly recommended 🙂

    My experience was great. I went there because I was having tooth pain. The dentist had to extract my tooth. He was gentle, yet quick. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

    Advanced Dental Center is great. State of the art, spotless and convenient. Bricen, Abby and Lynzie in the Front Office welcomed me and made me feel at home. The Hygiene Assistant Stephanie and the Hygienist Megan were very thorough. Dr. Theresa Hayward is the best. I love this practice.

    For anyone who struggles with problematic teeth and a dental phobia and is in search of a kind, sincerely empathetic and caring Dentist look no further! I have found a gem! Dr. Porter!!! He and his assistant Stephanie have gone above and beyond when I was in great need of help and feeling so overwhelmed with anxiety about the many problems I have with my teeth. From the moment I sat in the chair on my first visit to the moment I left the office Stephanie listened to my concerns and through my tears she kindly assured me that Dr.Porter would take good care of me and she was so right! Dr. Porter took his time with me and did not judge or shame me but rather assured me that my comfort and keeping me pain free would be his main priority and that we will work through everything together. I have had far more bad experiences with dentists then good ones over my 46 years and have never had a dentist show me the dignity and compassion that I have been shown. There can be a lot of shame and guilt that can be felt as a patient with dental troubles but the experiences I have had here have made me continue to feel safe,confident and cared for! The entire office from the front desk to the staff in the back are wonderful! If I could give more stars I would! Thank you all for excellent service and It is truly a pleasure (I never thought I’d say this about going to the Dentist).

    From the moment I walked in the office, everything and everyone was really nice. The office was very clean. I was greeted by Abby and Lynzie at the front desk and was taken care of right away. My hygiene assistant was Stephanie and she was great. Very professional and would talk to me about everything under the sun especially dogs. My hygienist was Keyuri and she was so nice and very thorough with everything. I was able to feel comfortable and relaxed with both of these ladies. They didn’t rush through and didn’t make me feel like a number but instead an actual patient. My dentist was Dr. Porter and he was very friendly and professional. He did a great job with my exam and answering any questions I had and didn’t leave till I was satisfied with everything. I highly recommend Advanced Dental Center on preston Highway. You won’t be sorry.
