  3. One of the friendliest and most professional dentist offices I have been to in my entire 33 years or living lol. They were extremely helpful with giving me information and understanding what’s all going on with what I was experiencing in my mouth. YaYa was incredible and made me feel so comfortable. Along with the rest of the staff and Doc. Highly recommend this office!

  4. This was the best and quickest dental experience we’ve ever encountered. We called in the morning, they told us to come in an hour later. After that they immediately set up an outside appointment for a root canal; had us back within an hour to finish it off with a crown! Usually this take a few different appointments over time, but not with affinity! Excellent customer service and even better timing! Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of a new dentist!

  5. Had amazingly great experience having my upper back tooth pulled out . Dr. Jason Brewer in a few minutes had whole tooth out in one piece for usually teeth break off in pieces crumbles. Healing process was very little pain as healed. All staff went extra mile to help extra kindness compassionate friendly an helpful with insurance part which can be long dragged out headache. Highly recommend.

    They rarely answer the phone, never call back. After paying over $4000 USD (non-refundable), my appointment got canceled due to “family emergency” one hour before my appointment and the doctor stayed two weeks out of town according to the representative. I’m disappointed with the lack of support and professionalism.

    While most of the staff was friendly and attentive – there was one girl who checked me in with a VERY unprofessional demeanor. She was annoyed that she was on the phone with the insurance company for long that she took out her frustrations on me. I believe her name was Tiana/Teyana – something like that. Normally I would recommend and refer the clinic – but her abrasive attitude towards a new patient such as myself shows a lack of competence, composure and again professionalism in a medical setting. Note to owners/Doctors of facility: The front desk staff are the first people who meet and greet patients, so they need to learn how to speak to people respectfully and welcoming so that a new patient will come back and also refer their friends and families to this clinic. Again most of the staff was great – with the exception of one bad apple.

    Dr Mohammed Alzoobaee is excellent. He took the time to explain my choices for care. He was respectful of my time. He worked fast and accurate all while being gentle. He checked on me constantly while he was working on my teeth and that made me feel comfortable and safe. He did an excellent job.

    Aspen Dental is an state of the art facility located in downtown Orlando, Although the staff were very professional and friendly to help me with the first initial visit but the out of pocket fees are too costly. Especially with my great Dental Plan, I also really need my beautiful smile back since the 2 yrs. That I’ve been without it and this option was put on the back burner for other reasons and I would like for my need for Dental care to be my priority and not the Dentist overhead to be taken care of before my own smile 😊 Therefore I give Aspen Dental Group a thumb down for now.     This people are scammers. I requested a X Ray to be sent to my email, since my insurance paid for and never received. Went there for a new panoramic X Ray and had to take a picture with my phone in order to have it… they wanted me to do a “deep” cleaning on my tooth that there is not actual need for… Unfortunately I had to go back there today, 1/25/2023, because I started my implants in Brazil, since over in US they said wasn’t possible… and one tooth is giving me a problem. Root canal… went there for them to help me and I said – I DO NOT WANT MY TOOTH MUTILATED – no crowns, my tooth is in perfect conditions and their answer… that is something you need to ask the dentist… I took pictures of my tooth in case I needed… So went to have the tooth checked, was told that is a root canal and sent back home… IN PAIN!!!! Worse was that their office personnel had the face to ask me when I wasn’t “happy” with the outcome if I had a problem… WELL YES I DO… and to complete they asked me for a $2100 to do my root canal when I HAVE INSURANCE AND THE PAY, BECAUSE I DID CALL MY INSURANCE, WAS TO BE ONLY $$175 – SCAMMERS… DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME WITHOUT CALLING YOUR INSURANCE… CROWNS ARE FOR TOOTH THAT ARE WEAK, IF YOU HAVE A GOOD TOOTH AND NEED A ROOT CANAL THAT IS NO NEED…. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!!!!
