- Reviews:Let me start off saying I have had pretty bad Dental anxiety since I had a dentist in the past not believe me when I said I wasn’t numb enough and he drilled into my tooth for a filling anyway, causing me to require a bit more time and care when going through dental appointments now etc(PLUS I have lots of gum/tooth sensitivity). After my appointment at Sand Canyon I can say with full confidence they have EXCEEDED my hopes and dreams for a Dental team. EVERY single person who I came in contact with during my appointment was so nice, considerate and understanding! My dentist was so so gentle! He was reassuring and never pressured me to continue if I needed a moment as well as made sure to keep checking to see if I was okay! I haven’t felt so safe at a dentist office since my traumatic experience! I would recommend Sand Canyon Dental to anyone I know seeking dental work/cleaning! My experience was smooth besides a small accident in xray that injured floor of my mouth, so ask them to be extra careful with it. These things happen. The front desk receptionist welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel at home as soon as I walked in. The dental assistant who helped me during the appointment was equally friendly and understanding. She made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions about the procedure. The dentist herself was superb, taking his time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. She was compassionate and patient, and I really appreciated his approach. Called at 4:45 (their normal business hours end at 5). I let them know I was experiencing severe tooth/gum pain and they were able to fit me in right away for an emergency visit. I was so relieved as I thought I might have to wait until the next day since most dental offices would close soon. The entire staff were very kind. The dentist was very sympathetic to my pain and even validated that I wasn’t being dramatic which is so thoughtful and not a lot of dentists or doctors would think to say that. So glad I found Dr. Rice and his practice. Best dentist in Orange County hands down. I used to be afraid of dentists and would avoid them. Dr. Rice and his staff have a way of making you feel comfortable and at ease. His work is absolutely incredible as well, I’ve done most things you can do at a dentist and I’m always left feeling very satisfied with his craftsmanship and care. If you’re considering a new dentist, look no further!
I can’t say enough good things about Rice Dentistry. I’m so grateful that I found this office many years ago. They quite literally erased my fear of going to the dentist. Everyone in the office is kind, professional, and skilled. Right before Thanksgiving, I broke an old crown as I was preparing to host the holiday. I reached out to them expecting to have to wait until after the holiday, but once again they surpassed my expectations! Dr Rice works fast with great precision and care. I highly recommend this dentistry practice. I’ve had great experiences every single visit: it begins with a friendly office staff, then on to the gentle but thorough hygienists, and both Dr Rices are well skilled and work quickly. So grateful to have found a great and caring dental office!
I love Rice Dentistry! Everyone is super friendly and they go above and beyond what you would expect. I never have to worry about being blamed for my dental issues they make sure to be extra compassionate and caring. I know I can always count on them for any dental issues and recently I had a dental emergency where they worked me in the same day. That’s exceptional customer service. I will be a longtime patient. Stephanie always assists me with my needs and makes sure I get all the information I need. They always have the latest technology and techniques. I’ve been to many dental practices and none have ever met the level of care and expertise I have received at Rice Dentistry.
Rice Dentistry is the best Dentistry in OC! I have been to the Rice Dentistry for years. I completed my Invisalign journey there with beyond amazing experience. I couldn’t be happier with the great results from beginning to the end. Recently I just had a deep cleaning with Melissa last week. She was super nice, attentive, and very professional. Throughout the cleaning she checked on me with each step to make sure every single process was comfortable and my teeth felt smooth and thorough cleaning in the end. Highly recommend Melissa for cleaning your teeth. And the Dental office’s customer service was beyond phenomenal either! It’s definitely the place you can trust!
Dr. Scott Rice is the most amazing dentist and person. His dental work is outstanding, always 100% to perfection. His chairside manner is wonderful. Dr. Rice is warm, kind and very compassionate.
