If you’re looking for someone who is: Respectful of your time, efficient but also has excellent communication, and is expertly skilled to understand what is best for you, Elyssa H. is incredible. I appreciate how she finds unique ways to communicate without having me talk, but also relayed each procedure and provided assurances throughout. Prior to Bander Dental, it had been a while since my last Dentist visit, but I am elated to have found the skilled professionals here. I have had several of their staff work on my teeth: From cleaning, to cavities, to whitening and a crown, and each has received the highest quality of care. They provide professional service and answer all my many questions and allow me to make decisions that I feel are best for our health. Their equipment is top of the line and reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Everyone on the staff is polite and knowledgeable, and they work hard to put you at ease. They keep notes from your prior visits on hand so they know where you’ve had previous sensitivity, and can avoid it as much as possible. Dr. Newman and his staff are always exceptional. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and pain free. I had always struggled previously with fear of dental visits. Even just cleanings gave me anxiety. I haven’t had that since meeting Dr. Newman and my huge fist, Tara. I appreciate them and now look forward to my cleanings and check ups!
I had the best experience at Advance Dental. They got me in quickly as I chipped my tooth and just moved here and did not have a primary dentist in the area quite yet. The dentist and assistant were very nice and explain everything. Not only were they great at explaining everything and answering all my questions, they also wanted to know who I was as a person/client! As someone who sees a lot of medical specialists, it feels awesome. I absolutely recommend Advance Dental!
As a family, we have been seeing Dr. Newman and Dr. Newman for about 10 years. We feel so lucky to call this our dental home. Recently, we had a loved one visiting from out of state and he had a dental emergency – their office was able to help get us in, work with us on payments and made us feel so supported. The other day, my 10 year old had some teeth extracted to support her ortho work – Dr. Newman did a great job with her and even called us that evening to check in on her! Who does that!? All the hygienists and receptionists are just lovely people too – if you’re looking for knowledgeable dentists with a staff that makes you feel like you belong, look no farther.
Had to find a new dentist that accepts delta dental insurance. Very friendly crew, I had 2 cracked teeth I felt I was in and out before I realized they were done. Overall nice lobby and office in general, they showed pictures of their work as they went. Definitely a nice experience. Will bring the kids back and I will be back if ever needed. Thanks again!
