  1. The staff was super friendly , and made me feel comfortable. I went in & was able to get my tooth pulled the same day. No hassle at all. I appreciate the Doctors and receptionists treating me kindly. I also appreciate them for helping me finally get this tooth taken care of. I went to other offices. But they didn’t do what River Dental did today. Keep up the good work !

  2. Very professional and no long waiting time. The dentist was so sweet and kind. Overall it was an excellent experience. Nobody hates to go to the dentist more than me but I would feel very good about returning there and intend to use them for my son.

  3. Dr. Nguyen done a great job on my filling and build up for crown. She is a very gentle. I just love here so much she joked back with me. Patricia her assistant was also very gentle and funny they both made me forget I was at a dentist

  4. The doctor seemed to be knowledgeable and friendly during our visit, but I spent 2 days trying to get them to send in a prescription. They told me I would get a call back 3 times, and they didn’t call. Now they are off for the weekend with no way for me to contact them. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

  5. I am new to the area and decided to try out this branch of river dental because they were so close to my house and it was a major mistake. They tried to scam me by telling me I had gum issues and needed an in depth cleaning. After having my x-rays sent to another office I was told that was incorrect and there was no sign of any sort of issue with my teeth. I called the cancel my follow up appointment, that they told me I had to make, and was told it was cancelled. When I called again to get a copy of my X-rays I was informed that they had never cancelled my appointment, which I’m assuming was so they could charge me for it after. I didn’t feel like I was taken care of here, only taken advantage of. I would not come here if you are looking for a new dentist.

    I always have the most pleasant visits. I was actually running late to my appointment and when I notified them, I received so much understanding and patience- which is rare these days. Each time I have an appt, I am greeted with kindness. Each of the ladies are so efficient during my appointments. No wasted time here! Dr. Bowen is extremely personable and informative. I can definitely say I’m fortunate to have a dental office that feels like a second home!

    I cannot recommend Dr. Bowen and her team enough. If you are someone who struggles with anxiety over going to the dentist, this is the practice for you. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who immediately put me at ease. They truly care about their patients and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you, Dr. Bowen and Rachel, for making my dental visit such a positive experience.

    Dr. Bowen was so helpful for me in getting a second opinion. Even though their computer system had not gotten me scheduled correctly, she still made time to see me and gave a full explanation of what was happening with my mouth Then she gave me multiple, least invasive options to choose from . So happy to have her care in this area. I highly recommend her if you are wanting someone who explains things fully, takes a well-rounded approach, and includes whole Health in your care.

    Dr. Bowen and her team are the BEST! There was a time when I would dread going to the dentist. Now, I actually enjoy my appointments. They make sure everyone feels comfortable, welcome, and most importantly, that everyone is very well cared for. Highly recommend.

    A place you can not only trust, but enjoy yourself! The girls care about you from the inside out and want you to have such a great experience. I feel fortunate my family gets to be taken care of by Dr B for years to come. They also help love on my little girl so I get to have a dental spa day with Whitney and I appreciate that so much.     The people at McQueen Dental are amazing. I have a bad history with dentist not listening, being judgey or mean about the state of my teeth. (Dentists not recognizing good teeth is a privilege). Not at McQueen. They are so kind, so helpful, and not mean or judgey. I came in with a sore tooth. we made a plan of care to fix the issue- and once it is resolved will have a plan of care for my whole mouth. They are upfront with pricing and reasonable expectations and results. i was really nervous at my visit and they let me hold on to my little lip balm applicator q-tip to fidget with. They speak kindly and respectfully with each other, and sometimes they sing with the music on (great music choices btw). I feel really confident and welcome at McQueen, and for the first time feel like i can have a smile that i am proud of. That i worked for. #bubblegumtoothpasteisbest

    I’m a student away from home but the McQueen Dental makes everything so easy for students. They are extremely nice and professional and have always helped me whenever I have had any issues. If you’re a student and your parents are telling you to find a dentist, look no further!

    I went in thinking I was just going to get checked out and ended up having dental surgery on a broken tooth. Dr. McQueen is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever seen! Even the shot of novacaine didn’t hurt as much as I expected! Everyone on staff was very helpful and friendly, but especially his dental assistant Chandra. She even held my hand when I was nervous about the shot, and did her best to put me at ease. If you’re like me, you totally hate the dentist, but you couldn’t be in better hands than with Dr. McQueen and his staff. Highly recommend, would give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

    Very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is explained to you from start to finish. Friendly staff. In the early to mid 80s I had to have front teeth put back in my mouth. I told them about it wasn’t a very good experience at all well they finally came loose a few weeks ago couldn’t be at all had to be real careful trying to eat. The dentist made sure I didn’t feel anything he started to take four teeth out so I could eat better again next thing I know he goes ok done a matter of minutes and I was headed out the door. That was Monday this is Wednesday no pain. Eating better and haven’t bitten my cheek or lip once. Very good service.
