  1. The staff was amazing. I was having tooth pain with a scheduled appointment for the next day. They offered their walk in service to potentially get me in same day. When I arrived they greeted me and had me headed to the back before they even took insurance information. They were very thorough, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. The tooth extraction was painless, and cost effective. I found my dentist for life. Your crew ROCKS!!!

  3. I went in for a consultation a couple weeks ago. Then another last week. My opinion of this clinc was so great. I had such a feeling of comfort and friendship in this office. I had another office that I was comparing numbers with, but the comfort and friendly atmosphere it didn’t matter about the little bit of difference. I am happy about my decision.

  4. Great staff. Friendly and kind. My first two visits were great.
    Concerns: Not real supportive for obese patients. Although the billing person found me a comfortable chair. Blood pressure cups don’t fit well.
    I had an extraction at 10am. Waited an hour and a half in the dental chair waiting as people stared at me walking down the hall.
    No communication. My first two visits, great communication.
    The extraction went great.
    Receive partial dentures. No information on how to care for them, written or verbal.

  5. I had such an amazing experience from the moment I walked through the door, every one from the front desk staff and the assistants to the providers and management were absolutely lovely. I appreciate how patient they were with me and took their time to explain everything. I definitely look forward to coming back. Pricing is very reasonable even as a self pay client.
    Update 5/23/23 I had my second cleaning with Francis he has very lovely and we had a wonderful conversation about his pets. He was very through with his cleaning and my smile feels amazing

    Had my teeth cleaned. She did an amazing job as usual. Very nice and attentive to everything. I allways leave their feeling better about my smile. The front desk are always very nice and my wait time to get back was very short. All and all it was a great visit.

    I was told I would have 3 teeth pulled. Was also told I’d be given meds before hand for anxiety. I get to the back room and I’m told they’re only pulling one tooth. They doubled numbed me on the left side but pulled the tooth from the right side. Wouldn’t give me gas. Didn’t give me any pain meds out the door. And when I yelped from pressure pain I was yelled at. Anxious and numb I laughed when he said I’d scare patients in the lobby. Then he snapped and said “stop! That’s not funny!”. Very unprofessional. Would never like to return to these people.

    I had to switch to Advantage because my last dentist, who was good, unfortunately stopped taking my current insurance. But I have had very good care here and highly recommend it. Scheduling can be a bit far out sometimes, so try to get scheduled as soon as possible. They will also put you on a cancelation list. 👍👍

    I had the BEST experience here. I needed to get in fast for some mouth pain and they did their best to fit me in as soon as possible. From the friendly phone experience, to the professional front desk welcoming me to the assistants and dentist, I felt heard, explained and listened to. The dentist made sure that I understood what was going one as well and took his time with me. The office is updated and looking great too! I will definitely be a returning patient.

    Dr Castle the denturist is the best!!!! He is so kind and caring. He goes the extra steps to make sure your teeth fit perfectly. He helped me feel beautiful again after 30 years. If I could I give a 1000000 stars. He changed my life. The office staff is always so polite and welcoming.

    I had a dental emergency and I was in severe pain. I found Cris Dental and was initially nervous. But I had a great, professional experience from my contact with reception through meeting the dentist. He was professional and respectful. He listened to me and I felt in good hands. I’m a recently retired doctor and I appreciate the difference. An x-ray revealed an active abcess. Had I waited to go to a specialist, the infection would have progressed. The chance for sepsis (bacterial blood infection) and endocarditits (heart valve infection) goes up the longer these infections are untreated. I’m retiring overseas but if I stayed here, I would continue with Cris dental as my regular dentist.

    Highly recommend Dr. Bratland and his staff…Today, I showed up, unannounced, straight from the Oral Surgeon. They, immediately made room for me and I got excellent care. Kuddos to Elaine who drove to the Oral Surgeon, to pick up something needed so they could complete the work today…Grateful for their care and compassion.

    The hygienist was FANTASTIC! I had a deep cleaning, which I never had before, and there was no pain. She gave me 5 shots and hardly any pain there. Afterwards my gums weren’t sore and I had no problems.
