  2. Overall, my experience with Night & Day Dental has been phenomenal! The dentists are knowledgeable, friendly, and answer all questions you have, although the majority of your time is spent with hygienists and technicians. Speaking of the hygienists and technicians, I cannot express how much I enjoy them. They are always making small talk, asking about you, interacting with their co-workers, and in general making the visit delightful. They work fast and have always been very efficient.
    The only reason they get 4 stars instead of five is that recently they do not have appointment slots for cleaning after 5pm. As I selected this office for that reason specifically, it was disappointing. I know they can only use the help they have, but if you advertise evening appointments, you should have them.
    I’m still going to try and go there, and hope they can find staff to work in the evenings.

  3. I’ve been going to Night & Day Dental for a few years now. I like the atmosphere and the design choices, the extended hours, and the friendly staff. However, something about this place always seemed unprofessional to me. My recent interactions have proved this to be true. The last two times that I’ve tried to do an appointment at this place, I have been unsuccessful. I had an appointment last October, but didn’t have my correct insurance information as my employer had switched our Dental insurance over. That was my fault. But yesterday was a different story.

    I called and made an appointment last Thursday. I should have known it was suspect when she scheduled me so soon, only a week later. And she also did not ask me what kind of appointment I needed. But I thought she had looked it up. I had wanted a dental cleaning. I got there at 6:00pm yesterday. I had my insurance info printed out. They took me back and shortly after, they informed me that they didn’t even have a hygienist on hand. The visit would just be an exam that I would have to pay out of pocket for because they couldn’t seem to verify my insurance. The lady was telling me I had been scheduled as an emergency appointment or something. She gave me the option to come back at a later time to do everything and not have to pay out of pocket. Then she informed me that they don’t have any openings until July.

    I don’t believe I will be going back to this place.

  4. My husband and I both had appts at 11am and 12pm at North Duke Street Durham, NC. I have to say we were pleasantly pleased!!!! From the check in to Dental Assistance, Dental Hygienist to the Doctor it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Great group of people!!!
    My experience there prior has not always been as good. I was very pleased this time with Night and Day Dental. Keep up the good work!!!

  5. I am not sure if these reviews are real but my experience was not pleasant at all. First, I called multiple times on different days to schedule an appointment but I was never able to reach anyone. As a result, I went directly to the office to make an appointment. The person who I scheduled my appointment with, was very accommodating and amicable. Now the day of my appointment. I came in 5 minutes before the start of my appointment and checked in. The lady I checked in with didn’t have most welcoming attitude but she wasn’t mean. I waited over 50 minutes from the start of my appointment to be called into the dental room. I kept asking how long it was going to be and the receptionist said they were about to call me now. From there, I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the dental assistant to come in the room. She seemed very irritated which was the deal breaker. I had to wait over an hour past my appointment and had to be at work soon. The reason why I gave it 2 stars because some of the staff are very friendly. The interactions I’d seen with those friendly staff were very welcoming but everyone was not like that. This place shouldn’t have appointments if they are not going to follow them.

    I love Research Triangle Dental. I’ve been a patient since I was in college, so about 20 years! They’ve always taken care of me and my dental needs. I have recommended them to family, friends and coworkers over the years. Everyone is so friendly and the customer service is phenomenal. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but they make is such a pleasant experience. I really appreciate it!

    Dr. Cahill and his hygienist were amazing! They went above and beyond to put my fears at ease, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. All of the staff was very friendly and the facility was nice and clean. If you are terrified of the dentist like me, you should definitely check out research triangle.

    The practice tried to overcharge me almost 500 dollars for a cleaning that should have been free, I told them not to do the cleaning and walked out. The staff seemed fine, the business practices are what I would term ‘shady’ and I see at least one other reviewer calling the business a ‘scam’. I feel that’s a bit harsh, but can understand where that person is coming from if their experience was anything like mine. I was really hoping to have found my new dentist, but not if they are going to rip me off like they tried to do this morning.

    I highly recommend Dr. Walker for your dental care needs. He effectively performed a root canal and many fillings on me without any pain or incident. He always interacted with me in a very friendly, professional, pleasant manner.

    First extraction with new dentist. I encourage newbies to come here. Job switch with different insurance brought me here. Very GENTLE and definitely concerned about my comfort during the extraction. Minimal discomfort. Dr. Parekh and Brooke were checking constantly during the procedure about my comfort.     If you’re looking for an outstanding dentist in Durham and surrounding areas, then Durham Dental Group is the place to go! From supremely clean facilities to the warm, friendly, and caring staff – they go above and beyond when taking care of their patients. Dr Parekh is FANTASTIC! During my appointment, he and his dental hygienist went above and beyond to create the best experience possible. Highly recommend!! I would give 10/0 stars if Google allowed it!

    This was my first visit to a new dentist group since I was a child. I absolutely loved my experience! The staff was friendly and professional. I felt very at ease with my treatment and cleaning. My hygienist, Courtney, was wonderful! She explained everything involving my cleaning before she started, and was super down to earth and friendly. The dentist, Dr. Parth Parekh, was wonderful and hilarious! He explained everything, but I loved that he showed me the pictures of my concerning areas. The receptionist was wonderful to work with, and I really liked that for procedures, they discuss pricing and give full detail for the work needed. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this dentist office to everyone!

    I’ve seen the same dentist since I was 8 until now. Luckily Dr. Ali and Durham Dental make me feel very comfortable, and I am happy to call them my new dental home. Every staff member is friendly, welcoming, and very professional, and their flexible hours are helpful for my hectic work schedule. (Also big shout out to Dr. Ali who is simply the best). I’ve always had good experiences with them and look forward to continuing with them.
