The young lady I believe her name was Skyla was so knowledgeable on everything from my tooth to the roots of my teeth. Dr.Wheat was just so caring and made you feel very much at ease. I am so frightened by dentist because of a pass frightening experience with another dentist that I thought I could take care of my own teeth but now I know how important it is to keep those dental appointments. Here we go again I changed offices thinking better service at the one in Columbus! Nope even worse. I get scheduled for a cleaning for 04/12 only to be called th morning of to say they would not be performing that service that day. They rescheduled me for today 04/26. I walk in the “manager” stated system down since yesterday don’t know when they will be up no clue how long & no one could call & notify anyone anything! I give up on dentist appointments. My dental hygienist Pam has been wonderful over the years and I’ve not had any issues. I recently found out my children’s insurance hasn’t been paying. This is dated back to 2020. The office kept booking appointments and never notified me there was a problem with their insurance claims or indicated a balance due. It’s now 2023 and I’m being asked to contact and resolve with the insurance company. The front of the organization has no clue as to what their job responsibilities are, very rude, and didn’t want to take responsibility of the mistakes made by the office. The service I received today was the absolute worse I’ve ever received from any organization.
Today was my first visit. I felt very comfortable from walking in the front reception area. She was very friendly explain paperwork thoroughly. Overall, the whole staff was friendly very welcoming. I have recommended their office to my family already and I plan to go back. This is the first dentist office I’ve been to that was friendly, I’m not from this area, so thank u for a awesome experience!
Great experience. Appointment was quicker than I expected. Office staff was very cordial and professional. The cleaning and X-rays performed by Georgiana was performed flawlessly and she was a delight to be around. Dr Johnson was also very professional with great communication. Would highly recommend CFD for all you dental needs.

My experience was fantastic everyone was prompt courteous. After ten years and four different dentist, Dr Scott Johnson was the only doctor who was able to fix my tooth. He never talked about removing or root canel. Thank you Dr Scott Johnson for your caring expertise. You truly are God sent.
