  1. I am a nervous wreck when it comes to the dentist, so much that I’ve neglected taking care of my teeth for many years. I found Dental Works for my daughter and I am a person who bases my decisions on reviews. I took my daughter to get cavities filled and we worked with Dr. Luna. He was so gentle with her and I felt like she was in great hands! Because of this, I booked a consultation for my self with him and during he explained everything in detail and gave me options for the plan. I went today to get cavities filled and I am so ashamed that I’ve been nervous this whole time. Dr. Luna and Chloe were so awesome! They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I explained my fears and I never felt like I was judged over it. I have had spots on my teeth my whole life and was a huge insecurity but Dr. Luna fixed that and I can’t thank him enough! I have to re-learn how to smile and I am excited. I have a long journey left to go for my oral health but I am looking forward to the end result. The staff here is just amazing! Thank you again Dr. Luna and Chloe! See ya soon!

  2. Even though the wait time was long, I would highly recommend this practice. Dr. Joshi made me feel completely safe. He answered all of my questions beforehand, as did the other staff members. Everyone was helpful and respectful. I went for a one-time procedure, but I am considering switching all of my dental care to Dental Works.

  3. Dr Joshi was great! I was really nervous going into my wisdom teeth extractions and he made me feel at ease and made sure I was comfortable before starting anything. Would definitely recommend!

  5. We are extremely happy with a great last minute service!!!! Our regular dentist denied us over being 10 minutes late & their first appointment. I can’t be mad at that. 😒Policy is policy🙄…. but I was absolutely thrilled I called and received an later appointment for my child the same day with this establishment. The entire team was amazing. We not only got the service we needed but something extra. I am happy & I would recommend anyone looking for a great dentist family to call and make an appointment. (🎁 They also have a lot of different doctors so it’s basically an one stop shop! NO referrals to call and get appointments for anyone else at an different location 🎁)

    My 1st experience here was 5 star from the beginning. Janelle was so informative and helpful and great to deal with. They got me in quickly and Dr. Utterback was awesome. Personable and thorough. And Paige was great also! I had a bad experience at my previous dentist and based on my 1st appt. I am hopefully with Utterback Dental to stay!

    Ashley did a great job cleaning my adult son’s teeth. He has CP and it s always a challenge for him and the hygienist. Dr. Ben is always thorough and fun! A great experience all the way through.

    I was warmly greeted by two women in the office upon my arrival. Prior to my first appointment, they had already obtained necessary records from another doctor. I was pleased with how much time both the assistants and Dr. Utterback spent answering all my questions. I left feeling more hopeful about getting my problem resolved than I have in a long time.

    Aspen was a great dentist office, until a few months ago. I’m not sure what has changed, in addition to their system issues but it has gotten to the point where my husband and I are looking into taking our business elsewhere. It is very unprofessional for a dentist office to have a patient scheduled for a procedure, call and tell them there’s system issues & that its cancelled until further notice, and then fail to make efforts to schedule that procedure again. I sure am glad we did not pay for that procedure ahead of time. We waited patiently for the system issues to be resolved. But it seems they are still having a hard time getting things back to normal even a month later. Not to mention, he was told that he was going to be brought in sooner for a procedure so that he doesn’t lose his tooth, and then was never called back even a week later.

    This is so stupid. Everything in the Aspen Dental office is apparently useless while their network is attacked. I blame both the hackers and the company for not being able to do anything offline. I just need a damn scan to move forward and not only will they not do it, I’ll probably have to wait while they reschedule everyone. I would just go elsewhere but I already paid them for the whole procedure though they’re only halfway through because they wouldn’t even schedule me without paying. They can’t refund because…you guessed it. The network is down. Reversing the charges isn’t possible because some services were rendered. To get them redone at another dentist (since records can’t be transferred at the moment) would not be covered by insurance.

    They pretty much only do an exam then refer you to somewhere else to have to have the svc done again. And they send a bill to your insurance for the exam & xrays so that when they get done again your insurance will not cover it.

    No one likes going to the dentist, but I don’t mind coming here. This place has the newest technology and makes the whole process completely painless. I honestly will never go anywhere else. Shout out to Brian who was an amazing dentist hygienist!

    Wonderful experience at Aspen Dental where I received two fillings. The Dentist and Dental Assistant were absolutely wonderful, skilled and reassuring. There was no pain and the procedure was done in less than an hour. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in BELDEN VILLAGE, Canton
