What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I love Daylight Dental! They make me feel special and take great care of my teeth. They’re never in a rush with me. My concerns are their concerns. Dr Song is truly wonderful and talented. Staff is super sweet which always makes my experience leaving me wanting to go back even though I don’t need anything done!!

  2. Everyone at Daylight Dental is awesome! They are so nice and understanding and help you any way they can. Aracely made sure I was comfortable and explained everything and made sure I understood my plan. I definitely recommend this dental office!

  3. I recently visited Daylight Dental and had a great experience. The office is clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and professional. In particular, I want to highlight my experience with the dental assistant Ravi. He was very patient and kind, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain each step of the procedure and answered all of my questions. I appreciate his attention to detail and his commitment to providing excellent patient care. Overall, I highly recommend Daylight Dental and specifically Ravi.

  4. My dental plan consists of 2 dental cleanings per 12 months. Regular dental cleanings would be no copay. Staff of location is friendly and doctors are knowledgeable. However, it appears that this business is very money hungry. The staff and dentist suggested cleanings every 3 months with the more advanced dental cleaning instead of regular cleaning because of the benefits. After I refused service and asked for only 1 Regular cleaning per 6 months, the staff refused and stated that is not how their offices work. They go based on what the dentist is suggesting regardless. I went to another dentist for a second option and the other dentist stated regular cleanings once every 6 months is perfectly fine. Disappointed at Daylight Dental as I had a gut feeling something was wrong and I didn’t automatically go with suggestion of an advanced cleaning every 3 months.

  5. all of the staff and dentist were nice! I didn’t have to stay long for my visit but they were also very thorough. Vanessa is the girl that did my polishing and she also helped me a lot with understanding the costs and expenses of everything. You also get a little goodie bag for every routine exam and cleaning which is nice 👍🏼

Highly recommend! I saw Dr. Miller to get my wisdom teeth removed. He made me feel at ease the whole time. The entire staff at North Austin Dentistry is wonderful. The admin team is lovely (s/o to Lindsey & co.). All of the dentists/hygienists are professionals at what they do. Everyone here remembers your name and just makes you feel comfortable!

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now, they are hands down the best dental practice I’ve been to. Dr. Miller is great and his staff equally as talented at what they do. My most recent cleaning was with Malia, she is awesome! Highly recommend, nobody likes visiting the dentist but they will make you feel comfortable and in good hands!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Miller & associates for years and have the best experience I’ve had with a dentist. They’re warm, caring, and also discerning, upfront and honest about any work you may or may not need done. The family environment is so much better than a chain dentist. You will receive a personalized experience, help with payment plans if/when needed, and the joy of seeing familiar smiling faces every time you visit.

So thankful to have found Dr. Miller & staff! I’ve been a very nervous dental patient for decades & have recently had him do extractions, a crown and a bone graft after having such a positive deep cleaning experience. So knowledgeable, quick and caring. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Miller and staff are amazing! Colton, Christine, and Kenna were so attentive, kind, and courteous during my last visit. Dr. Miller has my trust 100% for any procedure or recommendation related to my oral health. He removed all my wisdom teeth and I received the best care. I am going in for a root canal next and I am confident I will receive the best attention. The staff at the office treats you with the utmost respect and they go above and beyond. Their communication is top notch. I used to have anxiety related to dental procedures, but I no longer do because I know I am in good hands when I come to North Austin Dentistry. I’ve never had a better dentist! I would recommend North Austin Dentistry to all my friends and family.

This place is awesome. Sunday; March 5, I got scheduled for an appointment from the night before. My doctor was so quick at getting out a very complicated tooth. So happy with the service and the tech who did my XRays and who championed the doctor as he really did an incredible job. My only suggestion: When you are putting the orient on nitrous, please don’t chat so loud in Spanish. For someone who doesn’t understand Spanish, it is incredibly annoying to hear the girls just yapping away very loudly when I’m trying to relax. Y’all in the back should do a better job at speaking calmly. There were a couple girls back there who weren’t working with me, but they ignored making eye contact with me, and they were also the same women who were speaking so loudly when I was trying to relax, and when I made mention of being ready to get started, the girls yelped in laughter as if I was high. I do good recreational drugs and didn’t get high on the nitrous. Quit yapping and attend to me. I paid a lot of $ to be in that chair. Have a great one, y’all!

Amazing staff and super grateful for Dr.Min. He is to the point with a touch of personal and very efficient in his service. His assistant was very encouraging with her words during the process and made sure all my questions were answered. Dr.min also made sure i was comfortable before my tooth extraction and did it so quickly. I have had some trauma going to the dentist as a child all the time and i felt really comfortable here. The staff is super nice in the front and back. They always answer their phones quickly and are accommodating if you are a bit past your appointment time.

I’ve had a major fear of dentists since I was a child due to some trauma I experienced with a dentist. Over the last week I’ve had some unbearable pain with two broken teeth and haven’t been able to eat, sleep, even wash my face because the touch alone is excruciating. I was able to get into Austin emergency dentist to hopefully get some relief. I ended up needing a tooth extracted, and a partial root canal. Not gonna lie, I cried. Scary but had to be done. Dr Campbell was so incredible. Super kind, patient, good energy and patient with me. And the dental assistant (I can’t remember her name- sweet lady, glasses, dark hair and an accent), man, she was incredible! She held my hand, made jokes to help me out, even helped me to the restroom when I thought I was going to be sick. I can’t recommend this place more. Top notch care from every single person in that building. Everyone was so nice and comforting.

Very polite and on top of everything. They weren’t cheap but when your in an Emergency and in pain it’s worth every cent. I could not go another day with the pain I was in and on a Sunday there wasn’t any other option available to me especially the week before Christmas. Had a better experience than I ever did at my normal dentist and if I had another Emergency I would go here again! Good job Emergency Dentist of Austin and Thank you very much!

Super friendly staff! Everyone who helped me took great care and didn’t make fun of me for being a shaky little baby (at least while I was there). The lead dentist was awesome. Super calm and collected, fast and professional. The lady that helped him was very sweet and had a few jokes up her sleeve for the comedic relief. Hope I don’t have to go through that again but if I have to i’ll be coming back here!
