  1. My daughter had the same service she had done in December but this time she came out crying. Something was different the dentist and his aid were both different, so I believe the service was less compassionate. She is a minor and they need to take that into account when dealing with children. If I decide to use Aspen again I will be asking for a different aid to assist us!

  2. Oh boy. Having trouble with a molar. Aspen dentist referral to endodontist. Endo sends me back to Aspen. Cracked tooth. Needs to come out. Bad pain the other night. Called Aspen emergency line. NEVER called me back. I’ve called 3 times since then and still do not have a referral to an oral surgeon. In pain. Abscess above tooth. How do people do business or care for patients this way? They don’t. It’s probably why you don’t see many people in the waiting room when you go for an appointment.

  3. Showed up for my appt and they were closed due to a power outage. Of course that was beyond their control but by 1pm the next day they hadn’t called to reschedule so I called to see if the power was restored. It was, and nobody bothered to call to reschedule or apologize. I advise you take your business somewhere that values your time.

  4. Was prompt, the staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, really care about you and what your situation is. Last time I was there was 2021 and to think the dental assistant remembered me, I apologize if that’s not her title but that was nice and she put me at ease after explaining the horrible experience I had at another office. Everyone is really polite and professional. Thank you for everything.

    Lovely practice. Got me in and out quickly. The hygienist, Ravi, was super nice and answered all my questions. It was awesome to get my teeth cleaned on my first visit!

    Chipped front tooth.Saved front tooth. I made an appointment Showed him and asked if he could put my tooth back in. He explained to me it may or not hold.Then I would need a crown put in. I liked my options.I left the office happy with my original tooth back in and I am now having lunch at a restaurant. So far so good,

    The receptionist are so rude & impatient. She hung up on me. Didn’t pick up when I called back. I asked her if you ain’t patience, give someone else who can deal then she hung on me. I admitted they were having the hard time to understand me since I was talking the staircase in office where I can talk loudly. If they can’t deal with patients how they took that position I wonder.

    I highly recommend this place! Dr. Tricia Primomo is the best dentist! She is very thorough, attentive and friendly. Cathy did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and made me feel very comfortable. The whole staff is great!

    Excellent Dentists. I’ve been going here for years. Doctor Herzog graduated from one of the best programs in the country. He has continually sought advanced training beyond general dentistry. He has taught dentists internationally. He is also a regular volunteer with local nonprofits.

    The minute I walked into the office, I knew I was in the right place. I felt safe, confident and well cared for by the entire staff. Dr Herzog did an amazing job that took fear out of major dental work and I went home without any pain after an extraction. He is fabulous!
