  1. The clubhouse, amenities and park are awesome. I usually speak to Greg or Glen. They are very pleasant to work with. Check this park out and you will want to live here forever. Enjoy all the amenities, the full social calendar, the neighborly atmosphere and bus that will take you and your new friends out on day trips. This park is close to everything. Welcome home.
    Update: had to change 5 stars to 4. No one ever answers the phone. You could call 10 times at various times of day. It goes straight to voicemail. After reading all the concerns and negative comments, I’d suggest residents let corporate know what they want. Prospective residents should share their concerns with corporate. Again, welcome home.

  2. Village Green is extremely amazing. Extremely clean and intriguing to the eye. The way it is beautifully landscaped. Have a very dear friend there and is quiet as a church mouse. Beautiful pond very nice heated pool and clubhouse. Many activities and even more perks. Is highly recommended for comfortable retired living

  3. Searching for rental. See pic. Clearly says $900 rent a month. Reach out and am told they no longer do rentals. SMH if they are deceptive in their marketing, what else are they deceptive about? Not happy. Avoid.

  4. It is a well maintained mobile home park but the lot rent is ridiculous at $730 for 2023 AND you ha e to do your own yard.

    I haven’t even fully moved in yet, but had to write this as I have been renting for the past 3 years (and numerous times in the past 40 before that), and have never experienced the kind of courtesy and “customer service” I have here. I am pre-moving as I had 3 weeks overlap, and have had numerous very heavy boxes shipped here; Kelvin was kind enough to bring them into the unit for me every time. The unit was the cleanest upon possession I have ever experienced. The Management staff, Joyce, Sheila, Debra and Victoria, have been kind and communicative. I am delighted there was a spot for me after 1.5 (?) years on the waiting list. My neighbors I’ve met so far have been lovely as well.

    I have lived at this Carlton Arms property for 2 years, prior to that I was at another Carlton Arms property for 10 years. This is the best management company in the Tampa Bay area! Very responsive to maintenance issues. The grounds are always kept clean and well maintained. The folks in the office, the maintenance people, and the groundskeepers are all very friendly. And the rents are still reasonable! I don’t plan on moving until they have to wheel me out of here.

    The absolute best apartment complex I’ve ever lived and and I have rented all my life. Top notch maintenance, landscaping,security and the most friendly and helpful office staff.

    I have had the pleasure of working at Wentworth for just over 3 years, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of a fantastic, caring and dedicated team. I do the transportation for the residents, taking them to appointments and shopping. The staff is respectful and the residents are treated with dignity while being provided with the highest level of care.     This facility has gone downhill! The director was let go and the acting director is not following through with the complaints made at the town hall meeting we had with her. Admin staff is poor although some workers are good. This place needs a big overhaul.

    Wentworth Central Avenue is a great place to work! It’s a blessing to get to be a part of a wonderful team that truly cares about the residents that live here. I love my job as the Resident Experience Director!

    My parents moved to Wentworth in 2014. My father has since passed but his favorite thing to do was to plant veggies in the earthbox they had on their patio while getting some fresh air. Recently my mother celebrated her 94th birthday the same weekend as Mother’s Day. I figured it’s about time I write a review about where my mom calls home. If I have forgotten someone or a department I apologize. Beth in nursing took the time to go over my mom’s medication list yesterday. Under the previous ownership no one had ever done that before. Cassandra has called me several times on my mom’s behalf even when I did not expect an update. I cannot say enough good things about all of the nursing staff. If not for them my nights would be sleepless worrying about my mom. Janine and Barb keep the residents very busy with engaging activities. I always see the residents smiling when I walk through the facility. I even enjoy spending time with them during the various activities they have planned throughout the day. My mom has her favorite activities she anticipates attending every week. Jesse and the kitchen staff ensure the residents have a great variety of tasty, healthy, and good quality meals. Jesse has made a special point to see that my mom eats every meal especially breakfast since she is not a morning person. The staff make me aware of anytime she does not eat or does not go down to the dining room. If they notice my mom did not go to the dining room they make sure to check on her. Housekeeping is also great. I visit my mom several times a week and every time her room and the facility are very clean. The team also makes sure that her laundry is done and that she has everything she needs. Raquel does an amazing job of keeping me updated on my mom’s health. Recently mom had a rough weekend and Raquel called me on Monday to give me an update. The front desk/reception team is sure to make everyone feel welcome and ensure that everyone follows the COVID-19 guidelines. If I ever need anything the front desk staff go above and beyond to assist me. Recently the facility got a new hair stylist. While the hair salon was under renovation the stylist made a huge effort to go to the resident’s room to provide hair services. My mom looks forward to seeing the hair stylist every few weeks. You might be aware that a change in ownership recently took place. Before the change in ownership the facility was good, now it is great. The new Executive Director Tracey keeps family members informed of all the events, changes, and COVID-19. She really takes the time to make sure family members are kept informed and she truly cares about the residents and staff. Never before had any director reached out to me or kept me updated on anything. A lot of money was also spent within the facility to update furnishings, art work, etc. This new ownership and staff go well above and beyond what is expected of them to make sure the residents are safe and happy. The facility is a great size and not overwhelming for the residents. Additionally, the staff to resident ratio is exceptional. Keep up the great work Wentworth!

    We have had a stellar experience with Wentworth. We needed to find a memory care facility for our father as he had a sudden status change with his dementia. Everyone was so helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable in helping him to transition to his new home. Even in his confused state they new just how to reassure him and redirect his attention. Raquel, Felix, Marta, Beth, and every member of the care team were exceptional. We could not be more pleased. Claniece and Bill
