  1. We toured Belmont Village senior living in early October hoping to have our loved one qualify for their circle of friends program. Although that did not happen, my husband and I were very impressed with Belmont. Everyone was friendly and professional, the facility was bright and cheerful, and the dining room and food were most impressive. I would not hesitate to have a loved one live at Belmont Village Senior living.

  2. Belmont Village has been fantastic at welcoming my father into their community. When Dad made the decision it was time for him to move into a senior living facility, Belmont Village provided a friendly, healthy, and safe place for him to call his new home. The entire staff genuinely cares for their residents- it shows daily in their interactions throughout the community.
    We’ve been very impressed with Belmont Village and the care they’ve shown my Dad. We know his daily life and care are in very good hands.

  3. I am so very grateful to Belmont for their excellent care of my mother before she passed away. During her time at Belmont, she started in the assisted living section, and later transitioned to the memory care section. The staff in both areas of Belmont were incredibly kind, caring and professional. I was so impressed by all the staff with whom I interacted. My mother was very happy at Belmont, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my mom.

  4. We have been very pleased with Belmont Village Scottsdale. Our mother was a resident first in Assisted Living and subsequently in Memory Care/Neighborhood. The staff provided us with frequent updates and took the initiative to alert and discuss with issues concerning our mother. Everyone was friendly and warm towards our mother, building a good rapport with her. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping our mother’s room clean and tidy, which we know it can be an absolute feat with residents with dementia.

  5. My Mom has been at Belmont Village for several months and our experience has been phenomenal. The staff from the nurses to administration is incredible and very friendly/accommodating. From the first day my Mom got there she has experienced nothing but kindness, love, and respect. The nurses everyday are so nice to her, the food is great, and the place is beautiful. Ask to speak with Jacque and Sue. They are both incredible and beyond kind. They both make Belmont immediately feel like home. The culture here is special, and family centered.

    We did our initial visit with Sue M. She is great. Very inviting, sweet, high level communicator, and knowledgeable. From the moment we met her we realized this was the place we wanted to be. She explained beautifully all the aspects and advantages of Belmont. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for assisted living.

    Great place, very friendly residents, monthly rental price is excellent for us on limited income. Don’t believe the adverse comments that some residents have voiced in the present news. Natural gs problems. They just need to grow up and realize that things do happen and wait until management has a chance to correct it. My wife and I have been here for several winters a “snowbirds” and love the place.

    This is a 55+ big city park, run with the coziness of a small town community, where people still look in on their neighbors. This unbeatable location is just minutes from downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, freeways, Sky Harbor Airport, Phoenix Zoo, Granite Reef Senior Center, Banner Hospital, Fastmed Urgent Care, various pharmacies, countless restaurants & every kind of shopping you can imagine. Immediate access to public transportation is also available for those who might need it. Homes are owner occupied NOT rentals & units often remain in the family. Riviera boasts well maintained, meticulously clean grounds thanks to Harold & Bob. These guys detail the park daily treating the property with genuine pride. They keep an eye on the safety & well being of the residents. Think, “I’ve fallen & cant get up” but someone is there to pick you up instead. The office is managed like a well oiled machine by Judy & Shandra who also call the park their home. Riviera runs smoothly thanks to these ladies who while being supportive to the residents, do not tolerate outsider violations. Think of people trying to solicit being escorted off the property immediately or someone trying to park in front of your home being warned off. Park rules are enforced to ensure the comfort and safety of the residents while not being militant. The community is kind and caring offering a welcome committee, social club, weekly card games, billiards, heated swimming pool, bingo, bunko, monthly pot lucks, social hours and much more. Whether you are a little social or a lot, residents are encouraged to join in whenever they can. While being modestly furnished the clubhouse and community kitchen are again, kept meticulously clean. The park is unique in that it has been family owned for several decades. Because of that the focus is truly on meeting the needs of the residents while keeping unnecessary expenses down; hence keeping your lot rent reasonable. You wont find meaningless superficial frills here that cause your lot rent to hike up. Instead you will find kind, caring neighbors that look after each other, focus on creating a happy community and people that take pride in where they live. This is truly a gem, kept hidden in plain sight.

    The office treated our family with a ton of disrespect when we went through the neighborhood to look for homes. Some guy said we were soliciting and we weren’t even talking to people. We just wanted to see about our place for our 85 year old grandmother. And they kicked us out without even asking us about anything. There are 3 trailer parks in the neighborhood that are much nicer than this place anyway.

    Have been a resident for 3 years now. Rates are very reasonable. Management keeps the place up. Pot Lucks, cards night, happy hour, golf league, billards room, heated pool, bingo, and once a month the social club has a pancake, waffles, eggs, ham,sausage, hash browns,toast, along with coffee and juice breakfast. I’m glad we found this place for our new residence.

    I recently had the pleasure of helping one of my clients move into the community with his small dog. I choose The Gardens as a location to take him, because it is a warm, boutique community that is easy to navigate with a smaller foot print and caring dedicated staff to help guide the Residents. My Client comments regularly about how he enjoys the meals! Amy, the Sales Director, is so knowledgeable and an out of the box thinker. She facilitates the best quality of life for the Residents.

    In general, I feel the managers and caregivers are very hard working and had much compassion for my mother’s stay there as well as the many other residents. Because of the pandemic and other factors involving my mother’s diminishing health, the caregivers were not able to spend as much time with her as I would have liked or hoped for, but it was understandable due to the conditions. In conclusion, The Gardens staff tries their best to make the residents feel safe and at home there.

    We have been extremely pleased with all the services and care that has been given to our family member at The Gardens. They have treated her with the upmost respect and professional care. They truly treat the residents like family. The staff is very receptive to any of our concerns are are always readily available. They have made the transition for our family member into Assisted Living as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are very grateful for The Gardens.
