Great place to live. Excellent apartment with all appliances. Nice floor plan but short on closets. Wonderful location near hospital and shopping. Just off I-79 so easy to get places. Lots of planned activities in this independent living community. Making friends easily.
I love living at Cedar Ridge Senior Apartments. First of all, I love the friendly atmosphere. The residents are all so welcoming, friendly, and helpful.. I love the amenities and the views from our balcony. There are many activities planned, which one can choose the be a part of or not. It is very obvious that Kathy Adams, the property manager, is dedicated to the success of making Cedar Ridge a wonderful, fun-filled experience for all of the residents.
I have been a resident at Cedar Ridge Senior Apartments since February of 2021. I am very happy in this community. Kathy Adams, our property manager is very efficient and has met all of my requests in a very timely fashion. Jake Whitman, maintenance manager is very hard working and courteous. I would recommend this 55+ apartment life to anyone. Many activities are scheduled throughout the month if the residents wish to participate. The management and the residents make us feel like this is ‘our home’.
We love it here so much we have my Mom on the standby list for a apartment here also and here’s why, #1 on my list is the fellowship and varied activities to do as little or as much as you want, compared to a single-family isolated living. #2 is the amenities: from a garage for Pittsburgh winters and lots of rain to a well equipped apartment, 100% no steps and no single-family home worries all geared towards 55+ living managed very well by our property manager Kathy who does an excellent job managing the property and activities, she genuinely cares about us, thank you Kathy for taking good care of all us!! Definitely 5 stars!!
Moved here in Sept 2021 and have been very pleased with the management staff, maintenance request timely response and the other tenants are just awesome. The location is perfect with everything you need just minutes away. Close to highways, hospitals, doctors and let’s not forget great restaurants and shopping. If you are looking for a great place to call Home you have to check out Cedar Ridge Senior Apartments – great living for all over 55.
