  1. I have been a resident here for 6 months. And I have been absolutely pleased with the Office staff Jackie, Julie, and Ashton; they always have the brightest smiles and ready to help with anything and everything!!! As well as the maintenance team, if I need something fixed they get to it the same day or following day. The grounds of the property are always maintained immaculately. The residents I have met here are very happy as well, because of the many reasons this place is a great place to live. Integra Woods is also pet friendly and welcome you and your pet with open arms. If you are considering this place as your new home, look no more!!! This place is excellent!!!

  2. Integra Woods is an outstanding living experience in all aspects. The complex is safe and secure, beautifully maintained and a very pleasant place to live. The staff is wonderful, from the leasing office to the maintenance team…. All very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Integra Woods to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

  3. Integra Woods is a wonderful place to live. Carla ,manager is always attentive to your needs , no matter how busy she is. Ashton has a ready smile and a willingness to help in any way she can. Tony(Maintenance) is knowledgeable and couldn’t be anymore helpful when a problem arises. Carol is friendly, hard working, and creates a family atmosphere at the pool. Awesome staff!! Great place!!

  4. My wife and I lived here and absolutely loved it! The staff is very friendly and is always there to help if needed. It’s close to local shops and only a 15 min drive to the beach! The units are up to date and had everything we needed! We were lucky enough to have amazing neighbors as well! Would absolutely recommend Integra Woods!

  5. I moved out of Integra Woods 10 days before my lease expired. They sent me an email charging me a ridiculous amount of money for stains on the carpet and underneath the carpet and told me if is not paid within 30 days, they would send me to a collection agency. I was never contacted for the inspection of the apartment. Totally unprofessional! They sent pictures of the stains in the rugs (which were not good quality). My husband took pictures of the apartment when we moved out 10 days before my lease expired and vacuumed the rugs thoroughly. We did not see any stains besides a little dirt that could have been cleaned by a good carpet cleaner. I contacted the office and asked to go back into the apartment to see what stains they were referring to. It turns out that they ripped up the carpet and the stain was underneath the rug, which could have been caused by the previous tenant or anyone else that was in that apartment after we moved out. They also said the padding beneath the rugs was worn. Really? After living there, a year, that would be wear and tear. Would you go back to a car dealer about wear and tear on your tires a year after you purchased the car? Don’t trust them and PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. If you decide to rent here, don’t walk on the rugs too much and please RIP UP THE CARPET to check for stains before you move in!

    Currently it’s most probably like most of the area, locked down, with very little give. We moved here in late January of 2020, locked down in March, and so far have not been pleased or impressed. Management rules with an iron fist and the lot rent is $800 minimum, oftentimes up to $1,000 per month. This is definitely an OLDER adult community, so if you’re looking for an active adult community, this is not it. It IS clean and safe and has many nicer homes, it’s gated and quiet unless you live near the garage/storage area. I do wish we had explored this area a little more before buying. UPDATE 8/3/21 A year later post shutdown, it’s like a new place. Amenities are open, people are outside, mingling, planning things. New office staff, lots of socializing has made this a positive move for us. Love the gated security, the safe streets, and the location can’t be beat. Park is very well kept. I’m relieved and happy to say I love living here! We can even see the Space Coast rocket launches!

    Overall, it’s a nice community. It’s kept nice and has a lot of activities for residents. The management isn’t very friendly to residents. My grandmother has had a handful of unpleasant interactions with one manager. Also, many of her neighbors have had similar experiences. Lastly, HOA fees are very high here.

    This is a great place to live. There is a club house with a kitchen, a physical fitness room, shuffle board, bocce and tennis courts, and a dog park. The grounds are well kept, our HOA includes lawn care, sprinklers, waste pickup, and 250 channels of cable television. This is also a gated community.

    I recently moved into this complex. The apartments are beautiful. They are small the rent is right everything is included except for water, and electricity. Nina in the office is excellent very caring very prompt and gets everything done. Manny in maintenance is excellent. Gets everything fixed in a timely fashion. I recommend this community and hope to live here a very long time.

    I called for inquire and spoke with Nina about the apartment complex. She was so nice and professional. Good customer service. I had lots of Questions for her she was very patient with me and gave me lots of information I will be into the tour the property so excited. The prices are so affordable.
