  1. This place used to be a wonderful place to live. I moved into the complex in 2017. The first few years were really great, the staff in the office was excellent and the property manager knew most if not all of the residents by name and made sure to say hello to everyone. More recently you’d be lucky if they ever answered the office phone. No one in the office knows anyone by name and half the time they act like they’re too busy to bother helping you and make you feel like an inconvenience. The one benefit about living there is the maintenance crew. They are absolutely wonderful people who will do whatever it takes to make sure that your apartment is in perfect working condition. Bryan and his team are fantastic! Lastly if you plan on moving in anyway make sure you actually read the leasing agreement.
    23.RELEASE OF RESIDENT.
    Unless entitled to terminate this Lease Contract by law or pursuant to its terms, you won’t be released from this Lease Contract for any reason—including but not limited to voluntary or involuntary job transfer, marriage, separation, divorce, reconciliation, loss of co-residents, loss of employment, or death.
    So even if you die you’re not entitled to terminate your lease. It pays to read the fine print before you sign!

  2. I have lived here for a long time and the maintenance service has always been shady! They have left us without an air conditioner for over a month in the summer told us black mold is no big deal and most recently left us without a clothes washer for over two weeks!…definitely not worth more than 1k a month! more or less the 2k they charge! Very nice when bringing you in, but that changes quickly once they lock your lease in. Frankly would not lease here again if I didn’t hate moving!

  3. ⚠️ Don’t move here. Tasha stole my rent check and gave me a 3-day notice. My bank said they cashed it. Then, the exact amount shows up almost 2 months later on December 29. Tracy thinks he is a tough guy and threatens me. All that muscle compensates for the obvious. Claudia or whatever her name is at corporate won’t return calls or emails. They are ALL crooks and will be dealt with as such. They will even stoop low and act like children. They gave me a 3 day notice 7 weeks later for paying my rent on time. No bs, I have the notice still (saved everything). They threatened to kick me out so many time but never did anything. They have multiple properties. Cushman and Wakefield, be careful!⚠️

  4. Had a great 6 year experience in this complex. No complaints. Management and the maintenance team was awesome. I wouldn’t stay this long if I had problems. 2017 – 2023. Thank you Waterstone!

  5. Sent me to collections for rent that I PAID !!
    Last month we were there we gave them a physical cashiers check, with our apartment number, in person and one of the women attached it to the new tenant! When I called, they couldn’t even find the check I gave them, even though they cashed it!! The most frustrating part is the fact that it felt so brushed under the rug like it wasn’t a big deal and yet I’m over here getting collection calls. We liked living there for the most part, (even though you get ants everywhere in the summer and terrible plumbing) but leaving felt like it was never ending.

    This a beautiful place to live, the scenery of the area is well planned. The place is well kept and maintained. I personally really enjoy living here. Norma and Roxana are very professional, kind, and efficient. The office definitely prioritizes the care and concerns of this community. Maintenance men here are professional and fast. If I have a problem here, the office and maintenance fix it in a day, No later than two. The pools have beautiful palm trees and the water is clean, including jacuzzi. The gym is nice place to get an easy 30-1hr daily exercise. The community is quiet and peaceful and that’s extremely appreciated.

    Having newly rented after a divorce I have never felt so at home as I do at Hilltop! I have been a resident at Hilltop for 3 years now and site manager, Norma, has always been more than amazing! Easy to talk to, attentive to any need that might arise and always goes the extra mile! With beautiful views, a spectacular pool area and great location it is the perfect place to call home. The property is beyond well maintained, gated and family friendly. Norma and her staff, Roxanna, Mike and others are always just a phone call away when in need. I am proud to call Hilltop home and would highly recommend it to everyone!

    My family of 3 and I have been living here for a little over a year now. So far we love it! We have only needed maintenance in our apartment 2 times & those both times the maintenance people were so quick to come fix the problem! The maintenance people actually live in the apartments so it’s very helpful that they are available instantly when you need them. We did have a little miss understanding with our downstairs neighbor and Norma the property manager was very professional to resolve the incident instantly. She is also quick to respond to emails when we have questions or concerns. I would love it even more apartments came with more parking spaces because it is difficult to find parking inside most of the time or it would be great if the apartments came with a garage and not pay extra for it :(. But other than that, we are happy! It’s very peaceful & quiet. The property is well maintained all the time. Thank you Norma and staff at the Hilltop :)!

    We have lived here almost 2 years now and it has been a very pleasant experience. I believe the staff here really deserves all the credit. Norma and Roxana in the front office have always been professional and friendly in all our interactions. It’s easy to see that they really do care about this property and the residents that live here. We have had very few maintenance issues since living here, but when we have had an issue, Mike from maintenance has been here almost as soon as I put down the phone. I have never seen a faster response time for maintenance requests as I have at this property. It’s literally unheard of to have a problem fixed in the same day let alone in the same hour as I have. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. We love our unit and we love having a garage. I would recommend Hilltop to anyone looking for a new apartment in this area. Great job guys keep up the good work!!

    I feel this is a safe place to live for a senior. I’ve been here 4 years, and love it. The grounds are well kept along with the amenities here. I would highly recommend Amanda Park, to any senior looking for a place to live.

    Speed bumps are throughout the this apartment complex! People are always trying to driving fast! If you have a family member living here and there paying rent and they don’t have a car, they will take your parking spot away from you, and they won’t lower your rent! I think that’s dirty pool, but places are crooked these days! It also seems like they never fix anything! This is a senior apartment, and the rent is very high, for as run down as it appears to be.

    Just moved here several months ago. The 2 bedroom apts are spacious. There’s no dishwasher or washer/dryer hookup.I have no further comments at this time.

    I live across from this place which all day every day me and my family have these people watch my dad mow his lawn and watching my sister walking her dog thinking she stole it and me when ever I go outside they start saying stuff about me like they know me , in my opinion I think whatever meds these people are o they need to lower what they take or they need to give these old people something to do , I can be siting in my room having these people sit the watching my family like we are doing wrong , we’ve live here to long and we are just liven are life
