  1. Coventry Village is a top-notch facility compared to any of the other assisted living locations my family has toured in the greater Madison area. From Omar’s friendly smile as soon as we walked in the door, to spotless living conditions throughout the campus, I will rest assured knowing Great Aunt Edna is in loving hands.

  2. Coventry Village is referred to as one of the best communities to live in Madison. The staff is friendly, the building is always clean, and the food is fantastic (though it helps having a professional chief preparing the meals!) Above all else though, it’s the people who call Coventry Village home that are the light of the community. When the staff enjoy what they do and the residents are happy and taken care of, it truly makes the world of a difference! Also, Eric makes setting up a tour super easy and is extremely accommodating! The administrator Mariah has also been there for years and is absolutely adored by the residents and staff. Such a great community to live in, it’s a hidden gem in the Madison area!

  3. Coventry Village has been a great partner for the Madison Area Continuity of Care organization. They provide us a great meeting space with the equipment we need for presentations. The staff is very attentive to the needs of our group. Our meeting space is always clean with tables and chairs set up and a tasty continental breakfast is always waiting there for us to arrive! Our group has been meeting at Coventry Village for at least 7 years; I think we’ll be there another 7 for sure! Thanks to everyone at Coventry Village fo making us feel so welcome.

  4. I have been honored to have worked with Coventry Village for a number of years. I’ve been connected and worked with hundreds of communities throughout my career. Coventry Village is an exceptional place, amazing, thoughtful and caring staff from top down. It shows as residents are always happy and engaged when I visit. Kudos to Jim Herrling who keeps the buildings and grounds in top shape. His knowledge and expertise is unmatched in this industry.

  5. Great residence. My father loves it here. Loves the friends he has met and hos very roomy and comfortable apartment. It comes with a meal plan too. This was one of the best selling points for my father as he is by himself and is no cook by any stretch of the imagination. He is however a vegetarian and unfortunately they DO NOT provide vegetarian meal choices. Coventry Village provides healthy, delicious full entrees to choose from that would be respectable for any restaurant. In fact every single resident is offered 2 choices provided you are not vegetarian. Great place for your parents unless of course they have dietary restrictions and need to eat.

    Irene was very helpful while searching for an apartment. I would have chosen Rosewood except I found a much less expensive place outside of Dane Co. Seems to be a nice place to live.

    Would recommend this place although I ended up on the East side of Madison where I really wanted to be. I dealt mostly with Irene she was always helpful & pleasant to talk to. I was doing the search long distance & spoke to her only on phone. Thank you Irene for all your help.

    Great place! Friendly, good people live here. Maintenance is 5 star! Free heat in the winter – so my mom’s apartment stays warm! There is little noise from the beltline in the apartments, and so glad we stopped in. Edit: she’s been there over 2 years now and it remains a good place to live. It’s near good grocery store, a library, etc.

    I work in the senior industry myself and send many to Rosewood if they cannot afford our community. The managers are wonderful and involved. They offer activities (not during Covid) but have a good active calendar and the remodel is beautiful. Pet friendly and a great location close to restaurants, banks, Walgreens and shops. They have a wait list so tour early.

    Rosewood Villas is a wonderful place to live. The grounds and building are well maintained. The management here is responsive and delightful. My only complaint is that we are no longer allowed to have birdfeeders which was a reason for me being here. I am hoping that it changes very soon. Although I do not currently participate in the activities, residents seem to have a nice variety and are having fun. I expect that I will someday be more involved. Right now, I am too busy with grandchildren. Thank you for everything. I hope that rents do not go up and price me out.

    I am enjoying living at the Madisonian very much and look forward to living here for many years to come. The building is new, attractive, with great windows, well maintained, and the location is great for most all things. Lauri Stamps, building manager, is a gem; helpful, funny, attentive, caring and kind, she is quite perfect for her position. Maintenance is respectful and helpful. The building community is diverse and friendly. I recommend it highly.

    When I was searching for an apartment, I was excited when I found the Madisonian. Being a new building, everything is top notch and beautiful. The property manager, Lauri Stamps is unbeatable, she’s always cheerful, and ready to help in anyway needed. She’s very prompt in responding to anything needed and when you see her, you can bet she’ll take time to chat a bit. The Madisonian is affordable and with heat and water included it fits right into my budget. I love it here!

    Mrs Lauri Stamps is a fearfully and wonderfully made, a great listener and her work etiquette is great. Since I moved in to the Madisonians Apartment on 1st of October 2022, she has been of help to everyone,bringing us together as one family through fun activities and birthdays ceremony. Wow!!!Madisonian Apartment is awesome and amazing. I love my home 🏡, my sweet home. Love you Lauri Stamps.

    I have lived at the Madisonian since end of October 2022. I love the special included amenities one does not find in many other places, like free heat, WOW!! and the residents are friendly and respectful. The property manager, Lauri Stamps, is friendly, and very caring and attentive, not only to her job but all the issues of the residents that may arise from time to time. She is a super lady, and definitely an asset to the Madisonian team! Robert, our maintenance supervisor, is also a great team member, and is very prompt in resolving any problems on the premises if and when they occur!

    I’m so blessed to be in this complex. We have all the amenities in our apartment. This is the right place for anyone of my and anyone with a disability. We love Mrs Lori Stamps our manager. She’s very efficient and handle any issues anyone may have, She always plan and direct activities for us that encourage us to meet and participate in the activities to get to know one another or just to do jigsaw puzzles or just socialize. Mrs Lori Stamps check in with us to see how we are doing or if we’re having any problems in our apartment. I’m so very pleased and satisfied here.
