  1. *UPDATE* 2/2/21 – My friend has now been at Garden Village going on 5 months now and I have to say I am continually impressed by and grateful for all of the wonderful staff that work here. They have gone above and beyond what is required to help my friend with things like getting a phone set up and helping her find furniture for her room. It really does give me piece of mind knowing that they are looking after my friend so well.

    9/26/20 – This place is amazing. I could not be more impressed with how helpful and responsive the staff is. I helped a friend move into a studio apartment at Garden Village and it was such an easy process and you can really tell that the people working there really care about their residents. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

  2. i rate this a one star because they are infested with bed bugs as well as many other bugs! They have food that’s not fit for tenants, the owners have no care or concern for the residents when they go missing for days at a time. As a former employee, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! poor general manager , and sales manager moves in unfit people in a INDEPENDENT living facility! The building is covered in feces for example, both elevators and hallways! Staffing is very inappropriate, nothing about this place is professional at all! Residents complain to the general manger Victoria Jones, but nothing is ever done to fix the problems at hand. Garden Village is a high end dump that care about residents poorly.

  3. This assisted living facility is so clean, spacious and very comfortable. My friend resides there and she is well taken care of, staff helpful and friendly.

  4. I lived there for just over a year and they can’t keep kitchen help or housekeepers and the food is getting worse lately,also they don’t have enough maintenance to take care of all their many problems

  5. It’s a senior center, looks beautiful on the inside. Went to visit my wife’s mother for mother’s day, but she wasn’t there. Overall it’s pretty nice.

    My mom has lived at Cloverset for about 4 years. She has enjoyed living there. The office staff is great and knows her by name and the maintenance staff is quick to take care of issues in her apartment. They are always working on improving the property. The garage and elevator are a plus since my mom is 65.

    It’s been great living here for the past 2 years! I love my apartment size–it’s the appropriate size (or better) for the price I pay. The service team does a great job completing my service requests in a timely manner. Not once have they let a problem go on for more than 2-3 days. Which is so very important as a tenant! I’ve read so many bad reviews about service requests at other apartments or the apartment in general, and it makes me feel grateful living here. It’s clean, quiet and safe here especially with a secured entry way door into each complex. This apartment is 1 block away from 435 so it makes it a quick drive to almost anywhere. Most importantly, gotta LOVE Stella and Nikki! Such a great duo, always making sure everything runs smoothly. If it weren’t for those two, I don’t know if I would stay here this long. They are one, if not, the biggest asset to the management team. Thank you ladies!

    The worst place to stay at since management changed, I have beg this place to let me out my lease early cause they are infested with roaches. So many residents place was affected by this issue. It took them 3 months to let me out my lease. I do not recommend this place. To add to it. If you stay here be sure to video and take before and after pics of being there. They will lie on the move out inspection just to keep your money.

    I love this place. The entire staff are some of the best in the business!! Living here has been one of the best apartment experiences I have ever had & that’s saying a lot. Maintenance are quick to get work orders done & never have to come back twice on the same thing-it gets fixed the first time. The office staff are friendly and always helpful. My favorite part of living here is how well it is keep up & clean.

    This building I live in is suppose to be for seniors and due to lack of caring about our disabled people who need elevators and doors that need to work I cannot recommend this complex. One door has been out for entrance for about 6 months now the office has been notified several times and they just keep making promises and no action. Our elevators went down last night because the fire alarm went off and maintenance has been notified at least twice by different people. The excuse I get is “We are not a care facility and do not consider this an emergency”. People that live on the upper floors that are disabled and now cannot leave the building. Do not recommend this building for anyone with a disability that required help walking around.!

    Beautiful facilities but staff seem to want to cause problems and display hostile and antagonistic attitudes. I hope others will have a better time with staff, especially the office staff.

    I moved hear in oct of 2018 and i feel like i have finally found a place i will be for a long time too. I went to NKC High and i am glad to beback home. It is a nice place that is sizable.walking into kitchen /great room. It is set up how you can be having guests over and have room for all.there is a balcony . Whichhas a small closet/storage space for most apts. We play with puzzles in the library. We also have times togethet like bingo 2 x weekand coffee hour on monday mornings.
