  1. Time for an update. I will soon be starting my 5th year here and I have certainly seen a LOT of positive changes here. Building maintenance is very good. They are very responsive to any problems I have. Building management is amazing! Daphanne does a wonderful job of balancing firmness with fairness. There is always something being done to the building to improve it. But of course there’s always room for improvement. The laundry room is great to have but the machines are constantly breaking down. But this is an outside contractor and not Foster Park. And hopefully next spring they can do some work on the back patio area. I guess the best thing I can say about Foster Park is that I really do enjoy living here and it really is my home! I would recommend it to someone looking for a nice place to live.

    Foster park is a great place to live I’ve been here 10 yes and been thru a lot of property mgrs. I find Daphne Crayton to be the best Mgr of them all.!! She is very supportive of her residents helps in any way that she can for all of us here at Foster park . She is friendly and is very on top of things when she is notified of things wrong with the property and residents . I believe that she is a keeper here at Foster. You will not find another property Mgr like her.me myself I love her for who she is and what she does.

  4. This a very nice place to live. I been living here for 15yrs, and I never had to complain about anything. The property manager is very nice, and makes sure our maintenance is together!.

  5. I’ve lived at Foster Park Apartments for 12 years. This place is convenient for shopping, doctor’s appointments, and my workplace. Definitely a wonderful place to live.

    I clean this bldg & it is nice inside for elderly residence that want to call home. Neighbors are generally friendly, some keep to themselves. Usually quiet place has many social gathering rooms that no one seems to use.

    I love living at Ryker Reserve, I’ve been there over a year, and it’s been very very pleasant and safe and secure, I thankful that it’s a locked main door entrance, back and front, the Manager during my stay Beth L, and she’s been an extremely great manager, respect, pleasant, caring and kind. I am comfortable here and looking forward to remaining here at Ryker Reserve Senior Apartments.

    My mom lives here. The amenities are great. There are big rooms for parties, a pickle ball court, a movie theater, a workout area with cardio and weights, a dog park, a gazebo and flower area, a dumpster at both ends of the apartment complex, elevators, the outdoor entrances are locked and you call the person you want to visit and they buzz you in, WiFi throughout the building but it is a weak signal, big TVs in common rooms, a game area for people do puzzles and play card games. There are lots of activities planned for you to choose from. Every apartment has a washer, dryer and dishwasher. You don’t pay for water. It is income based. Parking is very limited. Age 55 and above senior living.

    Nurses are very polite staff is very polite housekeeping is excellent and kitchen staff and no complaints think portions could be a little bigger but well done happy to live here has shuttle to go back and forth to stores and outside activities as well
