  1. Community is pretty decent. Landscaping is kept up nicely. Honestly, that’s about it. Walls are SUPER thin, you can hear your neighbors talking and even hear what they are watching on tv. Aside from that, the office staff is very rude. They always look super annoyed when you walk in just to ask a question. The assistant Manager and leading agent are not pleasant and that’s who you interact with the most. When there is an issue the property manager is never around and is always in a meeting. Just like they want rent on time, it should be expected that the staff act with a sense of urgency for their tenants but sadly that’s not the case. It’s a shame that they are rude to the tenants but without tenants they wouldn’t have jobs. I used to work in property management for years and never would I allow staff to treat Our high paying tenants in such a manner. I say all that to say, I would not recommend this community to my family or friends. There are many other apartment communities to pick from. Wish we had a different experience here but we are vacating and are very happy about it.

  2. I relocated from Florida due to work and was helped with the application and move in process by Kylee. She was great, the property is well maintained and as of now i have not had any complaints. We live on a second floor and do realise the walls are thin, as this property is made of wood, luckily my neighbours are very quiet, with the exceptions of the elephant stampede upstairs, here and there, but i assume that’s what my downstairs neighbours may say of me. The management office is always planning a food truck even or something and that is really nice, it’s a great way to lure new tenants and help the current socialise and know one another. I have worked in Property Management and i know it’s not easy to keep everyone happy, but i am sure if there are any concerns there is always a way to get your voice heard. This property is close to mayor stores and markets, and I185. I am happy to live here

I have lived here since June.I have all nice things to say about Legacy.Im coming from a big home to a 1 bedroom apt so the move was kind of rough.Staff is very friendly and helpful.They respond very quickly and try to help best that they can.Kendall and Devin are really nice and cute.They always greet me and acknowledge my dogs as I walk by.
    Maintenance too are very friendly.Always smiling and being helpful.
    I have met several nice people and I feel safe and peaceful.
    The apartment itself is very updated with laminate floors, and quartz countertops.Very modern.Bathroom is nice size and so is the bedroom.
    The community is very dog friendly and I have seen many dogs while walking mine.
    Overall ,so far ,a very nice place to live

  4. Nice place to live as the amenities and apts are very nice. Perfect if you don’t plan to move out. If you plan to use this place as a temporary home before purchasing your home like my wife and I, RENTER BEWARE!!! Legacy will charge you to leave or if you move out. They charged my family $750 to replace a carpet due to it being too dirty to rent out to others. Just so you as a reader can understand, we don’t wear shoes in my home. Shoes are left at the door. You may say, well what about food stains? All areas where eating took place were wood floored areas of the apartment. They will lie about charges then send it to collection if you don’t pay up. I’ve never been extorted by an apartment complex before, guess there’s a first for everything. Also several cars were vandalized and broken into during our time there, hope that is not your experience. So again I say RENTER BEWARE!!! THIS IS A RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE:
    Thank you for providing my point. If this is your response to extroting a former tenant proves a huge point, low professionalism. Question, what does a past due bill have to do with you extorting me and my family? The attempt to downgrade my statements by stating that a bill wasn’t paid does not validate the fact that your unprofessional establishment has right to extort renters.

  5. I loved living here. The people and the office staff are amazing and super responsive to any issues I ever had. They really care about their residents and it I was sad to have to leave. The area is quiet and yet, you get all the conveniences you could ever need. Beautifully built architecture and absolutely stunning design. The pool was the cherry on top. I would recommend this place to anyone that has kids or families and needs a safe apartment complex to live in.

    Concord Ridge, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the condition of the apartment that I had reserved for move-in. I drove 10 hours to the apartment complex, only to find that the apartment was not ready for occupancy. To begin with, the apartment was dirty and unclean. There was grease stains and food splatter on the cabinets, sugar and food inside the cabinets and on the floor. The bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned either. I waited for over 6 hours for the cleaning crew to arrive and finish cleaning the apartment. This delay not only wasted my time but also caused me a great deal of inconvenience. I had to wait in my car for several hours, which was uncomfortable and tiring. I had planned my move carefully, but due to the apartment’s unpreparedness, I lost precious time that I could have spent settling in. Furthermore, I was told by the apartment staff that the apartment had been empty for months, which should have been ample time for it to be cleaned. I find it unacceptable that an apartment that has been unoccupied for such a long time was not cleaned and prepared adequately before my arrival. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and preparation on the part of the apartment complex. I expect that an apartment that I am renting to be clean and ready for me to move in when I arrive. The condition of the apartment was not up to my expectations, and I believe that the apartment complex should take full responsibility for the inconvenience caused. I request that you take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future. This could include implementing stricter cleaning protocols or ensuring that all apartments are thoroughly inspected before tenants move in. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take appropriate measures to address it.

    Maggie the new manager is wonderful & truly cares for the residents. She has come in and made the community better and continues to do so. I appreciate her, Brianna, and the entire maintenance staff for wanting to be resident-friendly and community inclusive. As a long term resident, I’ve seen a lot of changes happen here, but now it feels like things are finally in a good place again due to the current staff.

    I’ve been living here since 2020 in a one bedroom and had to transfer to a 2 bedroom. Brianna was able to get the information to me and walked us through the process. I just want to give a huge thank to Brianna for all of her help during this move. I appreciate you answering all of my questions and being patient. I also want to give a big thank you to the maintenance team. We had some issues but they have been working to resolve them and they are always so pleasant and kind. Thank you again.     Brianna called my husband on Saturday April 1st, we came to the development and couldn’t believe what we saw. The saltwater pool, the beauty of this development my husband can wash his car, also what sold us what the managers do for and with the residents. Knowing all what this development has to offer, I know we will have a wonderful time living here. We had so much difficulty in getting the paperwork updated, and Brianna was absolutely the best. She was so kind and patient with us getting us approved for this wonderful development. I was texting her and making sure she got everything that we needed. Making sure we call we get all the incentives. She made this process a pleasure, and I look forward to seeing her on the property and working with her. Thanks, so much for taking the time to work with us. You deserve high praise.

    I really enjoyed my time here! Michelle is amazing and helped me out multiple times. Maintenance was quick and efficient as well. My apartment was clean and looked well kept when I moved in so I appreciated that. I wish I could have had a newer fridge and stove but they served it’s purpose so it’s fine. The only thing I really couldn’t take was my apartment smelled like cigars and it was in my clothes 24/7 and I don’t smoke. I cleaned the walls with vinegar which really helped over time. Other than that the neighbors were quiet, didn’t bother me, i never heard anyone else in their apartment, & the neighborhood was quiet as well. I really didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back!

    this is my experience. I want to recommend this apartment condo and her staff, mainly Michelle S. The treatment and help from her to get an apartment was excellent. I have no complaints. They have taken great care of us and were attentive and helping throughout the rental process. Thanks Michelle S great work. I recommend the place, very cozy, clean and quiet apartments. With free pool and gym. It is a great place to live

    I’ve lived here for over 2 years and I am so happy with my decision. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. The property manager, Michelle, is so helpful and responsive and really cares about all tenants. The entire property is gorgeous, clean and safe, and the pool is fantastic when the weather cooperates. The area has so much to do and the surrounding neighborhoods and schools are fantastic. I highly recommend giving crown point a look if you are hunting for an apartment!
