2 months agoI visit a couple of times a month. But today was exceptional. The 3 young men working were very polite, friendly and smiled. I had a coupon for a free wash and asked him if he could do something to get the bugs off my window. He replied yes ma’am not a problem we’ll get you taken care of. In my experience, if you get something for free, that’s that. These young men are going to do great things. Thank you for a wonderful visit. I hope they enjoyed the treats I brought back for them.2 weeks agoPrice went from $6 to $10 for a basic car wash! Not only is the price outrageous, I left today with dirt still on my car and it looking the same as before I went. Their vacuum’s are so weak they can’t even get dirt from your floor mats. If you want a quality car wash for less money, go to moo moo’s. Moo moo’s also has free vacuums you can use for FREE without a car wash, and they actually work.2 months agoOnly giving it a 4 star due to the air pumps needing fixed, tired adding air in my tires after my car wash which is always great but the pumps decided to deflate my tires more then they already was. They spray off all the bugs and make sure to get any spots that they think the wash won’t get. 100% will come back and tell anyone to come here2 months agoThe kid directing me into the car wash, was on the wrong side of my car and could not line me up on the track. My tire hit the track and the car jerked to the right. I mouth to the attendant. You should’ve told me sooner where I was. His response to me was “fuck you.” I don’t recommend this business at all.

The staff is always in good spirits and every Moo car wash I’ve been to always does a great job.
Customer service was amazing after the wash they came and asked how the experience was and they noticed that the tire shine was an applied. They personally offered to shine the tires for me. Lancaster is the worst car wash if getting the $20 monthly! The soap doesn’t rinse off Everytime! Other Moo Moo car washes actually rinse the soap! Even Whitehall rinses the soap off! You are so cheap on the water! I quite Moo Moo carwash!
