a week agoOpal and Rico gave me the best customer service and were extremely helpful. Both have warm welcoming personalities and are a dynamite team. I live 2 hours away, but frequent Palm Springs on a regular. I will only come to this car wash when I’m in town because if their great customer service skills. Thank you botha week ago🙂 living in the desert, your car gets very dirty and dusty very fast. Having a monthly membership means that every time I pass by, I can quickly go through the car wash without any delay. The scanner just recognizes my car and opens up, and I barely have to stop. it’s very convenient and I’m never embarrassed to let people see my car.5 months ago4.12.2023 @ 0745am – I used my Quick Quack monthly membership on my big shiny Silverado. My family and I have been members of Quick Quack for over a year now. However, this day, the machine malfunctioned and just as the carwash was finishing at the end, the tracks forced my truck to the right inside the wash! It literally pushed my truck (with me in it of course) almost into the wall until I stopped it with my brakes in order to save my life and mitigate damages. I was terrified and obviously distraught because nothing like this has ever happened to me, as I’ve been driving and trusting automatic carwashes for decades! Additionally, this was probably my 100th time driving my Silverado through Quick Quack. These are the exact same people I see and give business to every week when I get my truck washed.My truck is ruined so bad that there’s popping sounds when I try to open the dented passenger door. My black truck has deep, hideous white gashes in the passenger door and sideview mirror.
I had to wait for the manager (who wasn’t in the office yet). He talked to me kindly and with a straight face told me this was my fault because their camera shows me putting my foot on the brake.
Wow! He expects me to believe their camera shows me wrecking my own vehicle.
I called the police because I definitely don’t want my insurance to cover Quick Quack’s negligence. I mean that’s why THEY are insured.
Long story not much longer, I’m working with my insurance company now to pay for the expensive repair of my passenger door and mirror.
People, please avoid Quick Quack at all costs. This should have never happened. Furthermore, they should have paid for the damage their equipment caused. Nevertheless, they will pay much more because not only have I cancelled my membership (obviously), but my family and friends have cancelled theirs, too. Extremely shady “business” at Quick Quack. You should not give them business at the risk of this happening to you as well.

He then proceeded to help me dry out my car and we had a great conversation like we were old friends! They have awful customer service and will steal your money when you cannot even use their services. Shortly after I moved here and got a membership my car was rear ended and due to a continued parts shortage the duration of pairs is extended. I’ve been in a rental for almost a month and I swung by when my rental was super duty. I was told I couldn’t use the wash nor could I pause my membership. So I said just cancel. They have now charged me for TWO MONTHS! I tried to contact customer service and they didn’t even read the inquiry I sent them telling me I could “Continue to use the wash” and will not be charged any further. Seriously? Your own policy prevents me from using the wash and you still think it is right to charge someone? I was paying for the highest premium tier because I like keeping my car clean.Seriously. Just don’t go here. It doesn’t even get your car that clean anyway.
Update:
As you can see from the response they continue to blame me, even though I went to the location and asked questions. Be advised, they do not hold their employees accountable for their knowledge but hold us, the customer, and only us accountable. I even recognize that it’s tied to a license plate, which is why I asked to pause. I was not told to contact customer service. In fact, the man told me that my card had been declined anyway which I thought was strange and said “so you’re probably already cancelled”. Any company that doesn’t see when a customer signed up for your product then later doesn’t even read between the lines of “he was new to town and rear ended” and can’t cut you a break. Yeah. You should should seriously consider giving them your business.
3 weeks agoI have been to quite a few Quick Quack locations and I was very pleased with the way this one was maintained. Also, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Viola is always so warm and friendly. She greets me with a smile and is a wonderful asset to Quick Quack. I’m always greeted immediately and with a smile and they all go out of their way for every customer. Morgan is terrific! Value of any car wash I have used. Car comes out beautiful and the employees are very friendly. The monthly program allows you to wash anytime you like!
This place was right on par with other quick quacks I’ve visited in the area. In fact I would say that this one was actually better than others upbecause the employees are on too of things and are quick with a smile and help if needed. I highly recommend this one. And honestly, getting a monthly membership is the way to go, I get my car washed every other day and make sure I hit the free powerful vacuums to keep the inside clean and litter free, and with a four year old little girl, it’s a challenge.
This location is the best!! I always get the best costumer service here, recently I’ve had Rosie help me out and she was more than helpful, such a bright personality! Good job!!
I was referred to this location by a friend. I’ve been to a few locations, but I preferably come here. I literally live around the corner from one. The service at Ramon Rd. is more tailored to your needs and i love it. The agents are personable very helpful.
Good quality car wash,employees are very welcoming as well but their vacuums have usually very low suction power.
