a week agoI’ve had the distinct pleasure of being a loyal customer at this car wash for over half a decade now, and I must say, the service just keeps getting better and better – if by “better,” you mean progressively worse. The cherry on top of my five-year-long customer journey was my recent visit, which I can only describe as a circus act of incompetence and indifference.With three years of membership under my belt, I strolled in with high hopes for a sparkling car inside and out. I generously opted for the extra interior detailing, willingly parting with $120 for the privilege. The attendant assured me it would be a mere hour’s wait, given that there was just one car ahead of me in the queue.
Fast forward to an agonizingly long 1 hour and 40 minutes later, and I find my car sitting pretty in the “ready” section. Eager to hit the road, I collect my keys, only to discover that my car’s interior had been entirely neglected. The interior detailing I had paid a small fortune for was nowhere to be found. I promptly summoned what they claim to be the “manager” and pointed out this glaring oversight.
To my astonishment, the “manager” didn’t offer an apology worthy of the name but instead casually informed me that they hadn’t even begun the interior work yet. It was at this juncture that things took a delightful turn. He explained, in the most charming manner, that they would get around to it once they finished servicing three other cars that had materialized in front of mine. How convenient!
When I dared to voice my exasperation, the “manager” and his trusty sidekick decided to raise their voices and inform me, quite loudly, that interior detailing was a time-consuming affair that would, of course, take at least 2.5 hours. Silly me for assuming that a business might inform its paying customers about such crucial details.
In my haste, I offered a simple solution: put me back in line and get the work done correctly. However, they staunchly refused, citing the “customer waiting” excuse. Yes, dear reader, I was apparently not a customer but an unknown entity in this baffling scenario.
Left with no choice, I demanded a refund and made it abundantly clear that my membership would meet its demise unless they resolved their colossal mistake. The refund process, a remarkable display of inefficiency, took an additional 20 minutes. They first grappled with their own system, then handed me a voided check for $18.99, despite my initial payment of $120. It was only after I pointed out their blunder that they decided to rectify it, conveniently insisting that I pay $18.99 for the car wash they had managed to bungle. I reiterated my membership status several times, and eventually, they relented and processed the refund.
As a parting gift, they tossed me a coupon code for a whopping $10 and inscribed on the back, “customer didn’t have time for detailing.” How touching! Yes, because who in their right mind has the luxury of setting aside five hours to watch a car wash crew fumble their way through a job?

From the moment I drove in, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. They took great care of my car, ensuring it was spotless both inside and out. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I couldn’t find a single water spot or streak on my vehicle. The pricing was reasonable, and the service was quick. 4 months agoFirst time every going to this particular location. Everyone seem to be nice. But when I got in my car and drove off I notice the door jam was vacuumed out neither were inside the door jams wiped out after asking if they could do so also never the shift gear changer wasn’t either. I never experienced this from any other sparkling image. May have to take my service elsewhere.

2 years agoDon’t be fooled by the well-kept exterior. Their mid-range ‘Pressure’ wash ($12) left patches of road dust throughout the exterior and failed to remove both bird droppings and freshly fallen fruit from a black olive tree. Have gotten better results from the less expensive ‘Basic Wash’ at the older, not-as-pretty car wash closer to home. Only stopped here because I’d thought that a more modern car wash facility would boast a better wash. This was clearly not the case. (The road dust isn’t as easily visible as everything else.)a year agoI’m so happy with how Jako went above and beyond to help me today. He is very knowledgeable and happy to help. He seems to really enjoy what he does. He is very honest and will figure out the best solution for your car. I had paint splatter on my car and he took it off. But I ran my truck through the wash today and it left behind a lot of soap and dirt. There’s multiple cheap car wash options all of which I believe none will be sufficient enough to clean the car to the desire that a consumer such as myself would like. Once you get out of the wash it self, you notice all the watermarks and the residue that it leaves on the car. The car itself doesn’t actually get washed which makes sense as to why they have all those options because they don’t really do anything. Also , when it comes to the vacuuming of the car, the suction that those vacuums have is a joke, the suction is so poor the amount of dirt left behind is ridiculous.Not to mention the inconvenience on how humongous the head of the vacuum machine is so you can’t really even get into the crevices of your car like you should be able to let alone the Matt cleaner sucks . The amount of dirt left behind shows how dirty the machine is and it needs to be cleaned throughout the day, clearly that won’t be happening anytime soon. So Definitely would not recommend you come here and waste your money as well as your time . Please save your car and drive in the other direction from this establishment if you appreciate your vehicle 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

My first time here yesterday for a wash because my SUV really needed it especially the rims. I didn’t expect much to help the rims from road grime but I was super surprised that they cleaned up really well! I paid for the second tier $20 and I am pleased with the outcome. I will be back.
I went to them after a friend referred me and it was the worst job I’ve seen!! The young kid has no idea what it means to detail a car. He left my rims dirty and barely vacuumed inside!!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone especially after paying $53 + $10 tip to the kid😡😡😡 I’ve got pics of what I’m stating!!!
Prices are good & the place is easy to use. One star down cause I did pay extra to have them dry and vacuum the inside of my car, but I think the girl was training, and the effort was not there. The other employer doing the car next to mine, he did go above and beyond, and I wish he was the one who cleaned my car. I will come back though because overall I am satisfied
Let’s me realistic, I paid 79 dollars and the before and after are amazing. I didn’t expect a full recovery clean. This is way better than I thought it would be. Definitely plan on coming back for my front seats.
