Felt a bump when the tire shine went on. Beware.a month agoDouble bad. The mirror was ripped off my son’s new-ish Rav 4 almost 2 months ago. The cleaner brushes just got tangled in it and broke it right off. He requested repair reimbursement, and they indicated that they would pay, but then asked him to go get 2 quotes. After 4 more weeks of stalling, he was told that they don’t cover side mirrors! (It was unsafe to force him to wait 2 months with a broken mirror stringing him on.) What? You don’t cover damage to mirrors? If your car wash equipment rips mirrors off cars, then you should re-design it. We represent a large local family of about 30, most of whom used this business, but not now. Whitewater Express has a 3.9 google review average, but Caliber Car Wash on the same road has a 4.6 average. The cost to repair was $250, but they will lose at least $600 revenue from our family, likely more as our friends become aware.6 months agoI’ve been a member at the car wash for a few months now. On my most recent visit, I had a very sour experience that has still yet to be remediated from their management (who is clearly giving me the run around).While going through the tire shine, a piece of their plastic ripped off and sliced into the side wall of my tire, instantly deflating the tire. It also put a nasty scratch into my wheel.
I filed the claim, was told that I would hear back in 2-3 business days but it’s not been 6+ BDs. I even went in again to check on the 5th BD and they said they just “now” received the claim.
Seems to be a trend that this wash damages a lot of cars (while I was in there filing my claim, another guy was checking his since it has been over 2 weeks since he had heard anything).
I’d avoid this location unless you want a higher than reasonable probability of damage done to your vehicle.
a month agoI don’t typically don’t go to this place. I think the car is pulled too fast thru the conveyor not cleaning well. I also think they lack more rolling scrubbers (the big ones) and not enough soap to minimize the hard friction to the car’s paint. Overall is ok.a month agoAlways makes my car clean and shiny. Great facility and team here. Vacuum system here has serious suction power to help remove stubborn dirt from your vehicle too.

I like this one the best. They always have attendants avalable and helping constantly. Its got a good flow and doesn’t feel cramped. The wash is usually well kept and the free vacuum and lots are spaced apart nicely right after you get out of the wash. Everything is clean and well maintained. Ile be using this place more often.a month agoVacuums and other equipment there doesn’t work consistently. One day you pay you get lucky and use the equipment other days not so much. Best to check vacuums first before you pay.

This is my car wash spot and the guys here are amazing! All the employees are smiling, having a good time and they care about your car! I wish the owner would let them wear shorts and dry fit shirt on hot days.

Caliber car wash in Keller is great. David was a great help and recommend The Caliber wash that comes with waxing. I’ve been here a couple times, car comes out clean, and they never disappoint. Staff is friendly and helpful, I will definitely return!
I have given this company 1 full month to make things right. On June 27th there was a 6 car accident pile up inside this car wash. The day of the accident there was no manager on site as he was gone on vacation for 1 week. The following week we called and spoke to him and he promised a call back in 2 days. Two days later we heard nothing from him. We have since then left 5 voicemails at this location without a single call back. We will now have to take this one step farther to get this taken care of. All we want is our car to be repaired in the shape it was in before using this car wash. I have the entire incident on video from their surveillance cameras to help with my case. The boys working even stated there is no emergency shut off in these situations and the belt has to be manually shut off by an employee. If I were you I would not take your car to this car wash as they don’t care about their customers and have zero integrity. I’ll make sure to make everyone and every social media site aware of their awful customer service, machinery and trustworthiness.
been coming here for over a year with multiple vehicles (probably at least 3 in rotation at all times), the monthly membership makes it completely worth it. love the service. every employee is super friendly and helpful. the car wash is always clean and so are the areas so drying and vacuuming. 10/10 recommend.
