5 years agoPretty cool car wash. Three different price ranges from basic to medium that includes wheel shinning the third includes wax and bug removal.Vacuums are everywhere as is a neat machine that you insert your floor mats into that will clean them and drop at your feet. Insert and repeat (no rubber mats). Air blower works great for cleaning out those small crevices. Towels are available for wiping your car down after the wash and even window cleaner just ask for it if you don’t see it.
Supposedly you can get a VIP Membership for $20.00 a month and can wash your car up to two times a day every day for a month. Do the math even once a week this is cheaper than two car washes. (Will investigate further). Will return soon.
2 years agoCar wash is amazing! Especially with the new ceramic wash set up they’re implementing.For the price the car wash membership really pays for itself and you have so many amenities such as floor mat cleaner machine, compressed air, towels, and some solution in a hand bottle sprayer for your windows and to wipe up small imperfections in the interior of the car.
Sounds remarkable to me especially with the tire shine already applied and the car is spotless!
Took the photo later on that evening (without the license plate showing just for my own solidarity) car was still like a pearl even after my long trip back home 🥰
6 months agoThey change the name to Mister Car wash. The service is worse. Car still dirty wheels not clean. No towels. I not be going back there!!!4 years agoThey already closed their shop. I was waited around 15minute in line. Suddenly they toward to me and said “ we are closed, move back plz. “ they did not explain why did they close so early….. I lost my time. Any way $7.00 car wash and free vacuuming is quite cheap. It is convenience shopping Korean market next by bamboo express car wash. Maybe i will come back again.2 years agoGreat customer service!!!!!On 03/07/21 I visited this place to wash my car. When i pulled up the to payment lane the first time, my rfid tag was not being recognized by machine. After trying it both on right lane and middle lane, and unable to find any personnel that willing to help me i decided to pay full price for the wash.
After completing the wash i went to office by wash bay and i was instructed by one of attendant to try it again before they can reimbursed me for the money. Also, since i have tried on middle and right payment lane, i was told to try far left lane to make sure it works.
When incident happened, instead of checking everything is okay, an individual show up, he proclaimed himself as manager and proceed to do the following
1. Offering to cancel my membership immediately on the spot. 2. Blaming it on the size of my truck and why i went to left lane when every other lanes are available…. really?? 3. Threatened to write incident report for damaging company property.
After not budging to all 3 points, he claimed that he said that he see everything when it happened, and it’s all my fault.
When I mentioned that i went to left lane per your employee instructions, he claimed that he didn’t instructed me to do that and did not instruct me to hit yellow guarding either.
When i gave him a dirty look about that comments, he proceeds to walk away, and left me by myself to inspect damage.
After all this i still havent received my $25 refund… so anyone with oversize vehicle may want to think twice before going in to this place.

6 months agoFor the price, it was an ok experience. It was my first time there and the workers don’t talk to you much or walk you through the process which made me feel really awkward and uncomfortable. Car wash was great and they cleaned my tire rims nicely. But this is not the place to get your car detailed. I got the interior detail package for $90 and I felt like it was a hurry up mess up job. My carpets had multiple types of spills and stains and they got a good amount of it out. But they missed a lot of spots that should have not been missed. As you can see in the pictures a took immediately after they “cleaned”. I would have expected a better detailing job for the price I paid. I was disappointed. I’m glad I tried it out but I will not be going back to this place and I would not recommend this place to friends or family.a week agoI remember Carnett before Mr. Clean took over. They were way more thorough and with their full service package you received a high quality cleaning. I have a 2020 Audi Q7 in which all of the interior hard surfaces were not cleaned. I didn’t do a thorough inspection after receiving my car but I should have done so and taken pics of the dirt left behind so I can post it here like some. Basically I paid for their full service clean, over a $300 value and only received a wash/wax and steam cleaned the carpet. I believe they’re more interested in turning over cars to make a profit than focusing on doing a good job. I won’t be back to this location or probably any other Mr. Clean.2 months agoThe location is convenient. Everyone is welcoming, pleasant, and professional. However, the interior cleaning is not exceptional. I can do a much better cleaning myself and save the cost. This was my 3rd visit with my car, and I took my daughters car once, and she returned yesterday 7/1/23. Same unacceptable service. Car mats are not completely cleaned, interior dash, door panels, etc. not completely cleaned. Not worth, time, cost, or the tip.a month agoWhen I say absolutely great service. It was superb. The lead mechanic pardon that I do not recall his name, he diagnosed my issue and took care of it. As soon as I drov the vehicle, I felt the difference. Honestly, not a great experience. I’m not sure what happened since the last time I was here, but the conditions were super gross. The car wash left my windows dirtier than when I came in. All the cloths for wipes down windows and such were wet. It appears that this place has poor wastewater management which is awful for the environment. There was trash all over the ground and they don’t use trash bags so the whole place smelled like garbage due to the mold growth on their trash bins. The vacuums had super low power as well.
Very fast and friendly service. The employees are very thorough. The monthly service is an unbelievable value. Free vacuum after your wash. Love the location. I can leave church and go to Tidal Wave ,wash my car and eat lunch all in the same parking lot. Great value. Even if the lines are kinda long, the service is swift and thorough.
I had a long day and was very frustrated. A guy name Marc was at the front and his smile and attitude about the service I was about to receive was absolutely amazing. He turned my whole day around.I love this car wash great customer service and a great car wash will always be top tier in my book!
I’ve been bringing my car up there for months and I finally join the club to keep my car nice and clean the person at the front that was directing me into the car wash was very professional and very nice. You have a staff is definitely get from 1 to 10. I would definitely give him a 10+
Update: If I could rate this company a 0 I would. I contacted corporate since they responded and said to contact them. It was an absolute waste of my time. They still would not refund me although they were wrong. Do not go here. They lie and corporate is inconsiderate.
I signed up for a promotion that they had and was informed that it would be the same amount each month. In going through the car wash, I had to go back through it a second time because the quality of the wash for the amount that I paid was not worth it. Not only has the quality of the washes gotten worse, you can tell that the attendants do not want to be there as it’s obvious in their actions. I go to check my account today and see that my account was overdrafted because corporate almost charged me double with the plan that I initially signed up for. I immediately contacted corporate only to be informed that there was nothing that could be done for a refund. I canceled my membership immediately. I will not be returning to this location or any location for that matter. You’re constantly being lied to about the promotion and then doesn’t want to correct a situation that was not at fault of the customer. I just want my money back.
