Everyone is lazy and hates their job and they make it obvious they’d rather not be there. I showed up at 4:40 one day, roughly 20 minutes before they closed, just for a simple wash, no detail and the guy writing my ticket as well as the lady who vacuumed my car (terribly by the way) both had an attitude like they were upset they actually had to work before they closed. Nobody has any care about the work they do and 100% of the time I end up with a rag and vacuum in my hand (I guess when you go there you become an employee) going behind them because they always miss plenty of spots on the inside. I swear, someone needs to open up a full service car wash in Texas City and they would put this place out of business in a month flat. I’d give 0 stars if I could but it won’t let me.6 months agoThis is the best car wash I’ve been in for five states. We’ve got the pay by month plan and it’s really worked out well being down here in the salt winds and fogs. They brought the shine out of the wheels which were really bad.

I’ve been coming here for years.They got free vacuums! The drive through machine wash is normally pretty quick and they offer different levels of service from a basic wash to UV protection, hot wax and tire shine. And the end they have blowers to dry the vehicle. The only issue I have ever had here is in Love bug season the machines have a difficult time removing them.
Not a good car wash. Too expensive for the quality. The lady who “prewashed” the front of my car barely ran a trickle of spray over it. No brush at all. They still use the tracks to guide the car rather than the more modern conveyor belts that don’t damage wheels. The car wash spray was very weak and didn’t remove most of the dirt and next to non of the bugs. The dryer is way too short to dry the car well. And to top it off, no manual wipe down at the end. So I had to towel dry the whole thing myself. Save your money or go somewhere else. This price was not worth it.
The machines will clean you car/truck. But I wouldn’t recommend bringing a Chevy 2500 through a wash like this one. Scratched my paint and ripped off my plastic covers.
The spot free rinse feature does not work. I’ve been there twice the last two weeks. Windshield and side mirrors always have water spots. I’ve never had this issue at other car washes.
Used to be good when it first opened, now you’ll be lucky if if your car doesn’t come out covered in soapy spots. Been a monthly unlimited customer for years at this location but have been trying to go to 518 location that just opened as much as possible.
