4 months agoThis has to be the best car wash I’ve ever been to. They treat you so incredibly well, I was nervous to go here because I only do touch-free washes to prevent scratches and whatnot but the owner assured me I’d have no issues, in fact he was so confident that he gave me a free car wash. And he was right, it looks so good and it’s probably the only touch wash I trust. Not only do they use premium quality products, after you go through the dryer they’ll dry your car BY HAND!!! So incredible, service is top notch. This is the next best thing to hand washing your own car. The lines never seem to be bad.4 years agoThis is by far is the best car washes I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The staff here are extremely friendly and offered and went away above and beyond to help me out. This is a fantastic place to bring your rentals or family cars to get them serviced and they return it clean as can be. They did a fantastic job it was quite unbelievable and experience was well worth it. They even have a ice cream dispenser, free popcorn, free water, and a amazing lounge that even accommodates for families. My highest recommendation5 months agoThese guys are AWESOME. Awesome, consistently awesome. I have been going to Soapy Joe’s for almost a decade now and go there at least four times a week to get my car washed. I have never been disappointed and my car always looks AWESOME! Don’t miss out! Local business that proudly supports other local businesses in a consistent and sustainable manner. 3 months agoI had a great experience at Bubble Barn Car Wash! We took our truck in and it got it clean! The best part is that they have a TON of free vacuums to vacuum out your vehicle. Would come back!Note: a Ford F-350 can fit into the carwash!
6 months agoCan do a better job with a garden hose…2 stars instead of one simply because this is the only place I know of that accepts dually trucks. I just wish it was better.
I am a monthly member of this place and pay for the highest tier they offer. I wash weekly so it’s not like I have caked on dirt for months. Drove on a wet dirt road today and needed to get the dirt and salt off. Sent my truck through the wash twice and still dirt everywhere. Went to talk to the attendants and was told there’s nothing they could do. I asked to use the garden hose to finish the job and was told no.
By reading other reviews on this wash it seems like this place would have happier customers if instead of having two people at the desk twiddling their thumbs, they would have an attendant with a pressure washer quickly pre treat areas that clearly need more attention. If Holiday gas stations can do it, then a car wash company should certainly be able to make it happen.
5 months agoThe wash does a great job getting the car clean but… We did the ViPig wash ($21 at the time) Might not be best for those who want to take care of the paint. It put some decent sized scratches on the roof of our sedan (Toyota Camry). We don’t have a large vehicle by any means so we were a little confused by how deep the scratches where. I wish they had a no touch wash option… It is worth noting that since our car has clear coat damage, scratches show up much much easier. But for those wishing to have a shiny wash without distracting scratches, best not to use this wash service ToT The vacuums are okay. A little inconsistent. Sometimes have to hunt for the one with the most suction. But besides the scratches and inconsistent vacuums, it gets the job done!a month agoBought the “best” wash and was happy until I went to vacuum the car out and the trunk had a ton of soap all over. Just not overly amused.7 months agoNot that impressed. Left soap inside the hatch back seams on my wife’s Explorer, and it also scratched the front corner. So not happy with that. Took my truck there, and although it was supposed to clean the underside of the vehicle, it didn’t. We’ve had better results with Holiday, Kwik Trip, and HyVee car washes at half the price. The only real nice thing is the free vacuum cleaners you can use after the wash. And the staff was friendly. So 2 positive parts = the 2 star review. Otherwise would have been 1 star. Definitely not worth the price you pay.

My first & last time at this business. I purchased a full-service wash in the amount of $34. I was under the impression my vehicle would be vacuumed. I got home to find they did not vacuum. Nor did they “dust”. Basically, I paid for an exterior wash/dry.
I called to confirm if the “Admiral” package included vacuuming . The rude lady responded, “Well, only if you purchased the interior package.” I would never have thought they would sell an exterior package ONLY for $34. The employee said she would write me down for a complimentary wash. I told her I wasn’t worried about the wash. I wanted my vehicle vacuumed.
Oh, and let’s not get started with mats “package.” You can get 2 mats vacuumed for xx or 4 for xx. It’s amusing.
I won’t be back.
After a couple months of being a monthly member with interior washes, I opted to just have the exterior monthly membership because the vacuuming done on the interior was always so poorly done. Aside from that, there’s a fair amount of locations, and the lines at all the locations I’ve been to moved along quickly. My only complaint is the lack of vacuums available to customers at nearly all locations.
I wasn’t sure what to expect since this was my first time and people have had some serious words/emotions in other reviews. That being said WOW! My nearly 10yr old car looks like new inside. I can’t wait to go back and get the whole package. Everyone was nice, the detailing lounge was comfortable and quiet (and I got to keep an eye on how everything was progressing).
Worst service ever! I paid so much for the everything plus add one, and my car seems like it hasn’t even been vacuumed. And the managers are “busy to even deal with complaints. I highly don’t recommend them.
Car was nice and shiny afterwards. A few smears inside but to be fair, with 3 kids and a big dog, it was messy. I felt bad because I had stuff in the back but they vacuumed under the stuff and it looks pretty good! The gear shift area and cup holders are still dirty, but that may have been extra. Regardless, worth the money. Polite people. Definitely will go back again.
