5 months agoBoth my husband and myself use Waterfalls to keep our cars cleaned from the road salt and grime. We like that we can choose a package that includes cleaning the floor mats and inside of vehicles. Always pleased with their work and the lady at the desk is very friendly. Also, they give senior discounts.4 months agoVery reasonably priced. For $22 and some change they do the automatic car wash, vacuum, wipe down down all surfaces interior and exterior, and windows. It’s honestly not immaculate. Some surfaces could be washed down better, but most car washes charge more for just the automatic exterior wash. I probably won’t get my car washed anywhere in the future.2 months agoI really like Waterfalls and actually only just recently started going there for some reason. For about $20 you can get a full clean inside and outside of your vehicle and to me, that’s so worth it! I’ve been back numerous times now and will definitely keep going!6 years agoVery poor service. I don’t usually like to write bad reviews but this has been awful the last several times I’ve gone. Have been going here for years and used to be happy with the washes they provide. I frequently purchase their 5 packs to save on their washes. However the last several times, I get to my truck and its still filthy. I watched the guy spray the windshield once and didn’t even mist it before he barely wiped the cloth across it. When I drove away, I could see dust all over the dash, windshield, and rear window was filthy. Went back in to let them know and the guy comes back out to my truck and wipes the windshield and part of the dash while complaining that they cant keep workers at minimum wage like it was my fault I got a bad car wash. I spent over $17 for the wash and my door jambs, rear window, etc are still filthy. My $17 should pay at least 2 workers for the 15 minutes they touched my truck while covering overhead… Wont be back and would honestly like a refund as I could have gone to Kwik Star and would’ve had a better wash with coatings for half the price. 2 months agoDO NOT DO THE MEMBERSHIP!!! Canceled my membership today an they charged my card $50. Refused to refund my money. Haven’t even used this car wash in 5 months because of this car wash scratching up our new vehicle, the wash didn’t even clean the vehicle dirt was still everywhere. The kids working don’t know how to space the cars out. It’s an accident waiting to happen. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! UPDATE 7/16/23 took my new car an now I have gashes in car an now full of scratches! My husband talk to an employee about getting the manager and the manager told us they were busy an we would have to wait because the car wash was malfunctioning! We waited an no one came out. Don’t go here if you want parts ripped off your car!! My car had no damage before going here and had nothing wrong with it!! I’ve been through many automatic car washes and never had a problem! They are refusing to cover it! We will see about that…
Got the monthly membership. Very quick and easy to use. Gets my car pretty clean, better than other nearby places. The mat cleaning machines are awesome, saves a lot of time and effort. Free vacuums are a plus but they could definitely have better suction, which is my reason for leaving 4/5 stars. The detail kit that you can purchase is a nice option when you need to do a quick wipe down. Fair hours of operation. Overall a nice place and worth the money if you like to keep your vehicle clean all the time.
Place has a chance to get better, but the cooperate has no clue how to run a business or take care of employees. Customers’ cars often get damaged, and cooperate will find anyway possible to not cover it even if it was their fault. Overall a very greedy coorperate who only cares about money and not about the customers who pay their bills. The only way they can keep customers is offering specials every month. Without it they would have no service.
Recently got the membership to this company & so far I’m enjoying it. The only improvement I could say would be to prewash as you come into the tunnel with someone with a sprayer. They have the automatic one but with truck with a topper on it, the back usually doesn’t get as clean as it should compared to others that have a person on each side with the prewash sprayers. Still get my 5-stars though.
