The guy was extremely rude too. He mansplained to me that the dealership was giving me bad oil. The full inside and out detail exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be back.a year agoVery disappointed with the changes brought forward with new management. Have been coming to this car wash for years and would always get the township special, but that is done away with. Asked for similar services, but got less than what a basic car wash would cost yet paid $32. Also the logistics of the car wash is very inefficient. Having to get out of the car while they vacuum to only get back in to drive it through the wash? Doesn’t make any sense. Hopefully something will eventually change since there are others that feel the same way based on the reviews.UPDATE – Went back again just to think my first bad experience was a fluke. See pictures for the experience – center console was not cleaned, front windshield still had spots, streaks on the back window. I once again asked for the township special and even confirmed that included Armor all like the option I used to get, both interior/exterior. When I called to talk with the manager, she said that was only the tires even though I was reassured at time of purchase it was similar to the previous option. The manager also said the new logistical framework is aimed at being contactless, yet you interact with more people than how it was previously set up by having to get in/out of your car and someone coming up to your window to pay. It’s a shame how quickly this car wash has turned – on a sunny beautiful day, the line would be down the street. Today I barely waited 5 minutes, which goes to show long standing customers are going elsewhere, especially reading the unhappy reviews down below.
I will be calling the bank to get my money back, since I had to go to another car wash to clean up the mess they didn’t.
6 months agoBilly did an excellent job explaining the new plan for this Westmont car wash. It was my go to all the time, but I haven’t been for considerable amount of time. They are now doing the vacuuming, very thorough and detail job. I anticipate a great car wash as well. Prices have gone up, but then again, where have they not. Billy is very personable and professional. Explained an answered all my questions. Good luck to this new business.a year agoGot my Miata detailed after leaving it out to the elements over the winter. After just a few hours Rocky’s had the car looking brand new. I was blown away with the results. Great prices and awesome staff. Can’t wait to bring my other cars back in the future. Highly recommend.

If possible, have one vacuum for a employee to vacuum and wash windows inside of car for handicapped people that cannot do it themselves? It doesn’t have to be an employee. Overall, this in older car wash but they do an excellent job. Workers are friendly and efficient. And it’s well staffed. I’ve never used the oil change service, so I can’t comment on that (I’m not even sure why I bothered to mention that).
Only negatives – tough location- it’s on the westbound side of Rt 70. And there’s often a wait because it’s usually crowded.

Here lately my windows have been smeared. They need to clean the rags they use more often. You can’t tell until you get into the sun or at night when other cars are coming at you . Otherwise it’s good.
Used to go here and they wouldn’t leave a spec in my car. Went today and they didn’t do such a good job. The exterior was fine, but the interior not so much. The workers are nice, but the quality of their work has declined over the years. Would not recommend. I would, however recommend RegentsAuto, they are a new business and are very professional thorough with their cleaning. Check out their instagram for the jobs they have done. You won’t regret it!
They used to do so much better. I had to get them to vacuum my 3rd row floor and door jams that had sand every where. They didn’t even remove carpet to clean underneath. I used to say this was the best car wash in town but now I’m starting to think otherwise.
