2 months agoI had an oil change last week but it was raining so I went back today drove a half hour because I really wanted the inside cleaned. I used the coupon for inside and out to be washed. Well I was watching them do the inside there were 4 people doing it. Well when I got home I was trying to figure out what they really did in the inside. At this time it was not even busy 1 other couple had their car there. Well I got my cleaning supplies out and did it myself. We have been going hear for a long time but thinking maybe we should just start doing it my our selves.a week agoThis place..! Let me tell you..! First time customer and last time customer!! I usually have my oil change done with my mechanic but thought well Clearwater is open and my mechanic is closed Saturdays. No issues with the oil change end of it…but the full service cleaning I thought hey why not give it a go..! Never again….!!!! I wasn’t expecting it looking like it’s been detailed but apparently they truly didn’t even do any part of there jobs…not even wiping down the dash to get rid of dust! Vacuum…nah we’ll just skip that part too..maybe he won’t notice! I paid for a service I didn’t receive…! Spent an hour when I got home cleaning my vehicle they way it should have been!!! Clearwater has zero standards and nobody double checking the so called work performed..!!3 months agoLet me tell you about their amazing customer service and dedication to making it right! I went thru Clear Water Car Wash on Wed for the first time. I got home and was a little disappointed. Couple things were missed I felt should have been cleaned. I filled out a form on their website…and Kevin called me at 9am the next morning looking to make it right. Asked if I could bring it back in that day or the next so he could re-do it to my satisfaction or if not, sent me a coupon for another car wash. I took it back this morning and he did not disappoint! He ensured they got everything and I was happy!! Thank you so much!!3 months agoOverall, the inside was pretty clean other than the cupholders and the spot right behind it. They did a good job vacuuming inside the vehicle. But when I got back home and opened the trunk, I was surprised to see it hadn’t been vacuumed at all.a year agoI used to come here all the time because they used to do an immaculate job, but I had stopped for awhile because I was no longer impressed when I got back in my car. I thought I’d give them another chance after almost a year of not coming, and the WorksPlus car wash I received today was not impressive either. This is not something I expect to see when I pay that much for a full, inside and out car wash.

3 months agoWe drive across town to come to this car wash! The deals they have for cash payments end up being something like 45-55 minutes for maybe 10 bucks!!! Love love love love this place! So much when there was a rip in the dryer hose we climbed on the car to tape it up!! Never change Shiny!!2 months agoThis is my favorite place to get a car wash! It actually takes off all the accumulated grime around the edge of the windshield, and it does it consistently. I wish the soft touch side was open at night, but the touch free does a great job.a month agoGone down hill the last year. Most of the time there is not anyone there to brush down the vehicle, and underbody wash sprayers haven’t worked in several months. Too bad since Club car wash moved in thinking about switching to their monthly service.3 months agoSuper disappointed. I used their pet wash tonight and there was no shampoo. I even tried the oatmeal kind and it was just water. So my dogs just got a bath with conditioner. I was like at least I can spray them with the cologne…nope that didn’t work either. I told the kid working and his response was “I’ll tell my manager.” No, I’m sorry or here is a refund. Honestly he didn’t even care. So now I have two dogs that smell like wet dog and I have to give them another bath. A total waste of $11.00.5 months agoWow! Best car wash in my area so far! Vacuum was awesome, had sideways angle to get where you never can! Attendant was very helpful! Yay!

Wasn’t impressed. I paid around $50 for their best package, & then I had to go home and clean up after them.
The dash wasnt done properly, there was a greasy film on my display that did not easily come off, & overall not vacuumed well. Paid extra to have one mat cleaned & all they did was spray it off & left puddles of water. It most certainly was not cleaned well whatsoever.
The mat they cleaned – they didn’t vacuum underneath.
The employees were very friendly, however, the quality of work for what I paid for their ‘Elite’ Package… most definitely NOT worth it. Quite disappointed.
Excellent value oil change and top notch car wash. This is the place I send everyone I know for an oil change. Closed Sunday.
Extremely disappointed in the quality of service. I paid for the $26.99 cleaning. I can’t say they vacuumed the space; the floors were clearly ignored. I came home and vacuumed it out myself. A portion of the dashboard and console area wasn’t cleaned either. Also, because I have an SUV they charged an extra $1 at the register. The guy who checked me in could have shared this information when I told him what service I wanted. I have no problem paying the extra dollar, but they should be forth coming about it. I would not go back. I’ll go down the road and pay $5 for the outside and clean the inside myself. That way I know at least it was cleaned. Never again. Rest assured, I’ll be sharing my disappointment with others.
Got a car wash here today, was guided into position. They sprayed my vehicle down and turned the conveyer belt on I hear a loud sounds and looked in the rear view mirror and saw 3 guys holding hands over their face and a manager came over and came to my window and asked me to move my car up more. I asked what was wrong and he said nothing. During the hole car wash I heard weird tire sounds. As soon as I leave my car starts making weird suspension sounds from the back left tire. I pulled around and mentioned it and asked what happened and they proceeded to tell me nothing that they just had their hands over their face because they don’t like loud sounds. Not only did they obviously mess up but they took no accountability and lied to my face. I do not recommend anyone goes here.
Love the quick oil change but the quality of the clean is not great at all; doesnt appear like they wiped down anything on the interior of the doors or even vacuumed the seats. Not worth the money if you ask me.
