  1. The coaches and their entire team have made it an amazing experience for my 3 boys to love bjj.Trifecta is one hell of a clean gym, and are very attentive to their students. It wasn’t a hard decision to make on where to put my boys. The reviews on here speak for themselves, and if that’s not enough, you should definitely consider giving them a try. You will not regret it. It’s been 1yr+ with team trifecta and my boys love it. We’re in it for the long run. Wrestling here we come!

  2. This gym completely changed my life for the better! From day one I felt welcomed. I go to women’s only and co-ed bjj classes and both are challenging and fun. My confidence is the best it’s ever been! The instructors are all truly amazing and care about your overall well being in and out of the gym. Marion is seriously the best. It’s also the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. If you’re thinking about joining just go for it, your only regret will be you didn’t join sooner!

  3. My two boys have been attending Trifecta since 2020. They’ve had an incredible experience with both jujitsu and wrestling. The coaches have been phenomenal. They are very supportive, encouraging, and inspiring for my children. My boys have become more confident, resilient and stronger through their experience with Trifecta. I strongly recommend Trifecta regardless of your age.

  4. Jiu jitsu saved my life. This gym has a great family atmosphere. There are several different ways to be a part of: adult co-ed jiu jitsu (Gi-No Gi), women’s (Gi-No Gi), childrens jiu jitsu, and children’s wrestling. Tournaments are not mandatory, but you will get the itch to compete!

  5. I cannot recommend this gym enough. As a woman guest on their mats, I found the atmosphere incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the teaching of the highest caliber. Come here for some high level instruction and some great rolls! Thank you so much for having me!

    I first signed up my son during the pandemic to get a little physical activity In his everyday routine! He has now been a part of the red dragon karate family for about 3 years! The senseis are great with kids! They’re incredibly patient and enthusiastic! Michael has learned lessons in sportsmanship, respect, responsibility, patience, kindness, etc etc. you can see a change in his self esteem and confidence! I signed Mikey up to learn martial arts & he got a second family and life lessons that will forever be ingrained in his everyday life! I’d also like to give a shout out to my instructors misty & dennice! They instruct the warrior soul fitness classes inside the red dragon karate studio! & they’re just great! It’s a fun way to get fit & get tips on eating right! It’s always an awesome attitude and atmosphere when you go to RDK Visalia! Also, their birthday parties are crazy cool! 10/10 would recommend!     My son has been attending Red Dragon Karate Visalia for just over 2 years. I cannot say enough about how much being apart of RDK has done for my son. His confidence grows every day, the Senseis are amazing, the environment is positive in every aspect, and he’s made great friends. If he needs specific attention whether it’s to improve a form or he looks like he needs to talk, the Senseis notice and take action immediately. They teach more than martial arts, they teach respect, patience, responsibility and kindness which are life skills necessary to be a successful human. He is now a part of the leadership team. I have been a part of Warrior Soul Fitness for about a year and a half. I look forward to it every week, gets me going and I’ve definitely noticed a change in my body and my energy levels. I would recommend (and I have) RDK Visalia to anyone. It’s a wonderful place to be a part of!

    My husband, son (9) and daughter (5) and I signed up to learn karate last autumn. We had been a part of a skills program before we moved to the area and we were excited to start our classes here since our cousins are a part of Red Dragon in Southern California. We had no idea the impact these classes and Sensei’s would have on our kids and us. Their focus, determination, confidence and skills have greatly improved since joining and they look forward to classes each week! They love their Sensei’s! The team there works well with each level they are teaching and they know how best to challenge (and encourage) us as we move forward. I personally do not consider myself an athlete- I am a bookworm! But, these instructors are good at what they do and inspire me to get on the mat and keep learning and growing. Because of their passion and dedication, I am no longer just reading about adventure- I’m preparing to be a part of my own. Thank you, Red Dragon Visalia!!!

    My daughter fell in love with taekwondo 🥋 She have been attending since June 2021. She enjoy each and every aspect of the martial art and I get to see her grow up into an individual who value discipline and respect. Sensei Farley and his team at Red Dragon Karate Visalia are amazing. The atmosphere is extremely supportive and nurturing and loads of fun! It has really turned into a second home for us. You are definitely treated like family.❤️

    Have you ever heard you need a village to raise a child? I’m happy to say Farley’s Martial arts is part of making our family strong. Thank you for your support. Love coming to this place. For me as a mom finding a place that is kid friendly is number one. This a place if you are looking to find a great workout. They offer Kickboxing if you are not interested in tkwondo. I for one love coming to kickboxing. Kickboxing has helped me build more energy to accomplish my days. They offer kickboxing at: 5:45 am, 8:30am, 9:15am and of course 6:30pm for the afternoon.

    I have been training at Elite since its first year opening. Tom Knox has put together an amazing team consisting of pro MMA fighters, world jiujitsu champions and moms and dads training alongside their kids. The classes are tough, the training is hard (Elite is a competition hungry school with the medals to prove it), but the classes are not intimidating (you will always see advance students helping beginners get better). No egos, no bad attitudes or wannabe “tough guys”, just good people who want to get better at the amazing art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Kickboxing, MMA, Ladies Only Classes, kids classes and more! My whole family trains at Elite and could not imagine training any place else.

    Very welcoming since day one! Tom is super great and very nice. I loved the women’s classes on Tuesday nights, the gals were very helpful and helped me even as I struggled.

    Me personally I would never train anywhere else. I’ve been a student of Tom Knox since 2006. It’s a family based atmosphere. Proven techniques with champion professors. Not only do you learn a valuable skill,you learn more about yourself and create wonderful relationships.
