I previously had piercings done in my childhood and teens at a mall shop. John was professional, helped me select jewelry appropriate for each site, and explained everything he was doing as he went along. The piercings were done quickly with all sterilized equipment and earrings. Additionally, it hurt significantly less than when it was done with a piercing gun years ago. John explained this was due to trauma that a piercing gun causes versus using a needle. I would recommend the shop to anyone looking for piercings and plan on returning for more in the future. I loveeeee this place! I was deciding on Lazer for a few years and after going in and talking to a staff member I set it up asap. They make the process super easy and comfortable! The staff there are all so kind and helpful. Scheduling is also super easy with them as well and the appointments are quick and with the cooling technology I personally don’t feel pain to much degree at all. I highly recommend Milan Lazer for all your hair removal needs.
Staff is super friendly and so kind. Love the atmosphere too! Consultation was very thorough and explained everything and the treatments fly by quickly and they always take care to check in to see how I’m doing. 100% recommend this place – was actually recommended to me by someone who works for another laser hair removal place. That should tell you everything you need to know!
They accommodated me when I got the time wrong by thirty minutes on my appointment today.
The person who actually did my laser treatment today was amazing. She talked to me through the whole thing. Made sure I knew what was happening when. And made me feel very comfortable and heard when I expressed my concerns to her.
Today’s appointment was amazing and I wish I was better with names so I could give the two ladies who helped me today a shout-out.
Everyone here at this facility is so kind and professional! It is very well run, clean and timely. Although a little more expensive than other places for the initial treatment period; the free touch ups for life makes it absolutely worth it. The staff were very honest during my consultation, and my results are going exactly as expected. 100% recommend to anyone who struggles with shaving/razor burn/ingrowns/sensitive skin.
