- Reviews:One man; one incredible artist… my heart sings his name—Parker! Parker has been my artist for nearly ten years. I can’t think of any other human being that I want to decorate my body with ink. It took me years to save up and plan for my sleeves, and once we started, it was around 48 hours of constant pain and absolute pleasure while Parker skillfully and poetically brought my dreams to a beautiful, grey scale reality. I had a strict time frame that I needed to adhere to for work, and Parker made my sleeves happen within about a two month span. We ended up getting it all done in a handful of sessions with a week or two in-between each appointment for me to heal up properly. The last session was surely bitter-sweet, as I had grown quite fond of spending so much time at Marked Studios. Unfortunately, it’s taken me a couple years to post this, but I wanted to make sure to do Parker justice by giving him the heartfelt review he deserves. Apparently now is the time to do so! The studio is wonderful for many reasons. The artists and other crew memebrs are welcoming and collectively have a great sense of humor; the place is clean and comforting; and the price is well worth the treatment and art you receive. Keep an open mind and heart and you will find that these artists will deliver beyond what you could have ever hoped or imaged. I get compliments on my ink, it seems on the daily, from people who have their own ink or none at all. I have found that even people who are skeptical of tattoos or downright against them have confessed to a deep appreciation for the quality of art in my skin; it is a perplexing and delightful experience to share! I am so grateful for Parker and the time and care he dedicated to making me look and feel like the woman I’ve always wanted to be. 🖤 Until our next endeavor—By Jodi Farrell (in the last week)Originally I was very excited to get work done. Requested a consultation- Which originally was only going to take less than a month; But after a week I was notified the original time I wanted was now not available and the closest they had was two months out. I waited the two months and the artist was amazingly kind and helpful on correcting me of the misgivings I had on what the design I was looking for was actually called and in general was just a very pleasant experience. You could tell they had a passion for their job. But they wanted reference pictures and a bit more detail and were going to talk about the studio to different artists and they may reference me to one of them, since the subject matter wasn’t in their expertise and I didn’t have a full idea of what I wanted in detail. So through E-mail I sent art styles I enjoyed, references and another idea for the piece I had that may of been easier. Fast forward nearly a week and I received an email wishing me luck on getting the piece done and that they would not be able to do it. No references inwards, no further discussion on it. Just kind of a disheartening good luck finding someone, after several months of waiting. Others may have a bit of a better experience, but it was just kind of a let down to be dismissed kind of instantly.By Evan Dixon (5 months ago)Marked Studios is hands down the best tattoo place I’ve found in the Reno area!! Artist Gaia is truly gifted with creative ideas for design and flow. This is the biggest piece I’ve had done, and Gaia has been nothing but professional and focused. Her ability to incorporate new ink with the existing ink I had is seemless! The only downside is that she’s too good, and I have to wait longer than I had hoped to finish my sleeve. I’ve had 5 tattoos done here by 3 separate artists, and will be returning for even more! My first experience was a few years ago and was done by Shaun Hanna who no longer is in Reno. I can’t remember exactly the experience but the art came out great was and wasn’t breaking the bank! My most recent experience was within the last 2 months and was done by Cody Bill @babybuttz. He was extremely professional and did phenomenal work on my leg. He was great to talk to and is very good with traditional work! I will be returning soon to get some more done!
Reno tattoo has amazing artists. Mostly recently I have gotten piercings done and Brenda is very thorough in her explanations. She really makes the piercing process easy.
I have been getting tattooed by Jordan for 5 years or so. He has done quite a few large pieces on me and each one has turned out incredible. He is incredible at color tattoos, my color tattoo looks beautiful and I constantly get stopped to talk about it and show it off! I love the shop, its very modern and clean and most of the people working are very nice. I recommend this shop to anyone!

I seriously love this place. I’ve never had a bad experience. From getting tattoos to getting a piercing from an apprentice, I have only had good experiences. Every one is super nice and personable and the environment is very chic and clean.
