  1. Going to.the doctor is usually not a pleasant experience but it definitely is fun when I visit Dr Cotter’s office. The staff are lovely, friendly ladies who enjoy their work. It is interesting to review the various products and services provided. Dr. Cotter is very personable and even when injecting me he seems to make the time move fast and I have to try not to laugh. I am still fairly new to Las Vegas and I thought that I would sorely miss my 2 Southern California dermatologists. The were great doctors but so is Dr. Cotter and so I feel fortunate to have good luck by choosing Las Vegas Dermatology in Summerlin .

  3. Such a pleasant experience. Dr. Greenberg was recommended to us by a friend…so glad! Able to make appointments and complete paperwork online…very efficient. Office is friendly and well run….doctor has brilliant sense of humor and puts you at ease. Highly recommend this practice.

  4. We have been going to Las Vegas Dermatology for almost a year now, I would says the staff are friendly and helpful and Dr. Cotter is amazing.
    He’s really caring, listen and takes time to take care our skin concerns and problems. He’s take precautions to pointed out directly to our concerns. And I like he’s honestly, to let us know at the front, to explaining everything to reach on our skin goals. Do that you happy with the results. And me and my husband have been happy customers.

  5. Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr Cotter
    He was referred to me by my sister.
    His office is very helpful and efficient
    Staff is very nice too.
    Dr Cotter is outstanding. He listens to your concerns and explains step by step what he is going to do. He is very kind and so calming. I admit I was a little anxious, but Dr Cotter calmed my nerves immediately. I highly recommend him. So knowledgeable and respectful

    I made an appointment to see artist Mario for his realism tattoo style. The front desk is friendly and knowledgeable. The process for making appointments and checking availability is pretty smooth to do. There is constant communication and they even offer payment plans too. Overall the process was easy and quick. Mario is really laid back and cool. It didn’t feel like awkward or uncomfortable. The whole shop is friendly and makes the environment very comfortable especially being there for over 8 hours. A total time for my tattoo was 17 hours, 2 days , 2 sessions. It is pricy but you pay what you get. Which is the best to me. I recommend this artist for anyone looking to get a realism tattoo. This is beyond anything I ever thought or expected

    The staff is helpful and friendly. I have had tattoo removal and a new tattoo with Skin Design. Anthony is your removal guy, he is educated and makes the process easier. Demi was AMAZING with my mom, sister and I as we all wanted different tattoos. She made the experience fun, smooth and stress free. She is accommodating and patient. She is extremely detail oriented and is simply the best artist I’ve ever worked with. I will never go anywhere else!

    Came in from out of town hoping and excited to get a really nice tattoo professionally done but what I got was a scratchy, unfilled, and unfinished tattoo. It was a very simple design which only took an hour and they wanted $600 for half a days work? I managed to get a “$400” based on the size which was no bigger than my $50 dollar tattoo I had on my other arm. I stayed completely still all my muscles were numb from not moving at all and Lot the guy who tattooed me still managed to mess up and it’s very noticeable and now I have to go get my new $400 tattoo filled in only 2 weeks after getting it I would never recommend this shop to anyone and stay away from Lot the guy who did the tattoo and if you want a good tattoo go somewhere else

    Had my first ever ink done here by Meg. The entire process was perfect from start to finish. The booking manager, Jay, was thorough and got me in and set up quick, answered all my questions along the way. Everyone I talked to at the shop was friendly and stoked for me. Meg is an amazing artist, the time flew by while she was working on my arm and I could not be happier with my tattoo. Will be booking more appointments ASAP.

    Mad shout out to the Skin Designs team and especially my main man Keebs. The facility (located in the Forum Shops at Caesar’s Place) was super laid back, clean and everyone there treated us like old time friends. From Jesse and Trish at the welcome desk, and even the other artists that frequently stopped by to compliment the work. It truly was a great experience. They took a design idea and totally blew my expectations out of the water. If you need inked, give these guys a shout you will not be disappointed. They’ve earned a customer for life and I cannot thank Keebs enough for totally killing it.

    I really enjoy this location! I have to admit, I’m a very simple guy who is simply getting a botched tattoo removed. I was a little worried about going there, being more a beard, flannel, and boots sorta dude, when the place just emanates beauty. But the staff has been amazing, and never once made me feel uncomfortable or out of place. Everyone is awesome and amazingly helpful, and I look forward to my treatments. Well, not so much the pain, but just the awesome people there. Especially Jasmine (I think that’s her name?), who is the nurse who has treated me nearly every time. She’s thorough, and keeps a constant communication with me through the process, which helps take my mind off of it while it’s ongoing. Would wholeheartedly recommend them to ANYONE who’s looking at getting a tattoo removed. Between the awesome staff, nice equipment, and licensed nurses, it seems like it’s second-to-none.

    The staff are so friendly, helpful, and accommodating! They always try to find me the best deals when scheduling my treatments, and they make the entire process super easy. They’re very flexible and patient when it comes to scheduling as well 🙂 The nurses also do a great job at checking in with me throughout the procedure and trying to make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. They also send out frequent text reminders for my appointments which is helpful lol.

    I just received the best thermage experience ever! The first time I did it was in such a low setting because I couldn’t handle the heat but Nicole was wonderful and was able to help me get through my 2nd session on a higher setting and I am now looking forward to the results. Thank you Nicole! You’re a gem. Shout outs to Angelique and Candace for providing such a welcoming atmosphere with their wonderful energy and vibes. Theyre all so lovely!     I went in for my first laser tattoo removal session and am definitely comfortable with my decision to go to LaserAway. Super friendly and professional staff, they explained every step of the process and were attentive and thorough in answering any additional questions that I had. They took the time to let me sit with numbing cream and thank goodness because ouch! But truly the laser part was so fast and I trusted I was in good hands so I’m feeling like the process will be totally worth it. Recommend!
