- Reviews:Easy to schedule. New office, looks great inside. Quick appointments available. Front desk was helpful in person and over the phone. Online new patient enrollment was east and really expedites the process. The PA seemed very knowledgeable, but the actual visit felt really rushed. She spoke very fast, which is fine, but it was hard to retain everything. I had a lot of questions, concerns and spots I wanted checked. The entire appointment lasted under 10 minutes, from when I walked into room until I walked out. All it would have taken was an extra 5 minutes to have me leave confident I addressed everything and felt at ease. For a first patient visit I hoped there would be a little more time and care, rapport, etc.. Then future appointments would like be much quicker. The face to face time spent was 10 minutes for a new patient with a treatment plan and actual treatment with a apply Vaseline. Was feeling a little indifferent about my first encounter. Glad it didn’t take forever but also felt like a number if that makes sense. The staff were super nice and very helpful. PA Nguyen was super detailed in answering all my questions and concerns for the aftercare instructions. There is a tonne or parking outside, the receptionists are very friendly, and the office has nice lighting and looks clean. They have a very condescending atmosphere. My second visit was for a small procedure and the nurse and doctor did not meet or seem to care about the accommodations that I requested. I’ve just started my treatment here and today was my second session with Disney. Super professional and helpful staff! I did a lot of research before making a decision and I’m happy with my choice. The technology is superior and my unlimited treatment package is affordable compared to the competition. I’m feeling hopeful and really look forward to seeing results. I highly recommend Removery here in San Diego!! I have been going to see Disney at the Kearney Mesa location for well over 6 months now and we are removing more than 1 of my very LARGE tattoos and the results even still in this early stage are amazing! Disney is an awesome practitioner and I again highly recommended getting removal done at this location!
I’ve been removing a large chest tattoo. And I have 2 more included in my payment plan that I will get unlimited treatments on even after I’m done paying which is great. The staff is really kind and knowledgeable, they have ice packs and squishy balls if needed. Very professional setting 10/10 would recommend!
Great service. Disney was very knowledgeable and didnt try to sell us on more sessions than needed. Highly recommend this Removery for anyone looking into tattoo removal. We drove over an hour and a half each session, and definitely still worth it.
I always have a great experience at this location for my tattoo removal. Everyone on staff is friendly and professional. I have regularly been seeing Sara for my removals and she is the best! She’s super friendly and makes the process a lot more enjoyable, as laser removal can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience. I used to be nervous to go in, but now I enjoy going in for my sessions! The staff and environment makes it all the better. Would recommend going here if you need tattoo removal! I’ve already seen a LOT of fading from my tattoos!
