  3. The staff here are friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr Bourne is very nice and will explain anything and recommend anything you need done. The lady who does the microdermabrasion really helped to explain the whole process. It was very relaxing for my daughters to have done. Thank you to all staff for going above and beyond.

Disappointed!!!! my PCP helped me make the appointment & the provider could not even do the procedure she said they could do because the insurance will not pay for it….He told me to go to urgent care for my procedure…What a waste of my time & not to account for my mental anguish for the rest of the day I was crying when I left the office! I have never be treated so terrible & then just dismissed… I will see the woman doctor Monday because I have no choice right now however next time I won’t go back there I will look for a new dermatologist!!’

  5. The Dr is very kind, takes his time and is very nice. Unfortunately, the office isn’t ran well. Was at the office for over 2 hours and my prescription was sent to a completely different town than I live in.

    Beware! I wasn’t aware that this company had a no refund policy. I had three treatments scheduled but after my second treatment I was informed that the nurse pricked herself with a needle after cleaning up and they needed me to go in for blood testing to confirm I was disease free. During the treatment the nurse was shaking and jittery from too many energy drinks after already working a 12 hour shift. I didn’t feel comfortable going to the next appointment and I also had a family emergency and needed to leave the state and then the pandemic happened . I have tried getting a refund and they offered me my choice of other services but I do not trust them and now I am out $1400. Furthermore they only credited my account $600 that leaves me $800 short of what I paid. It is my sincere hope that writing this review will cause anyone interested in spa treatments to have second thoughts about scheduling treatments at this spa and to encourage those with complaints to file them with the Better Business Bureau.

    I went in for laser tattoo removal. I have a small ring finger tattoo I’m wanting to remove. After two treatments and paying $250 each time a total of $500 there has been NO change to the tattoo and it’s still the same as when I first went in. I was told that the tattoo would be gone after 2 to 6 treatments but most likely it would not take the full 6 due to it being smaller in size. One would think that after 2 treatments there would be a change but there is NO change. I’m very disappointed and can’t afford to return if I’m not any noticeable changes. If changes were being seen then I would not mind paying the $250 for treatment because I really want and need this tattoo gone. I really wanted to see positive changes because the staff at this place are so friendly and I really liked it there.

    This spa is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Very welcoming. Had my hydro facial done today by Linda. She is awesome. Explained everything as she went along. It was so relaxing. Highly recommend

    I came in for an appointment on Saturday for my daughter. Normally all the girls are very nice. Not this time. This time the lady checking us in was very rude. The way she was talking to me was like I was bugging her. I asked her if I was bugging her and she said that she doesn’t normally work at the front that the receptionist was on break. I let it go. After my daughters appointment she was still there being very rude I asked for the manager she got very snotty and said I am the manager. Wow I could not believe that to be true. I told her I did not appreciate the way she was treating me. She said sorry that I felt that way. Huh? Be sorry for your attitude. Then she looked at the bear paws tattoo on my wrist and said ‘you must be Indian?’ (We are native hence the tattoo) but the way she said it was with disgust almost. I looked at her and said yes, I’m native. Is that why you’ve been rude to us? Is this a problem? She chuckled and said of course not. At this point I was so furious I paid and we left. My daughter has always enjoyed coming to this store but if this the kind of people running it we will no longer be back. So disrespectful. That’s sad because I was considering starting waxing because my daughter always had good experiences here.

    I had such a great experience getting my wax done by Bethany! Not only did she pay close attention to detail and make sure she understood what I wanted, but she was also super friendly and considerate, making sure i was doing okay throughout the whole process. I really appreciate the time she took to make sure I left there loving my wax. Thank you, Bethany! The person at the front desk was also super friendly.
