  2. I’ve been going to Peach for years for laser hair removal and micro needling and have had great experiences. Most recently, I’ve been seeing Erica and she does an incredible job. The prices are reasonable and they regularly have sales. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for skin treatments.

  3. I have had the best experience with Peach Skin & Laser. I stumbled upon the office just from being in the area and the ladies gave me information on how to prepare and what the pricing would be. I was completely sold, not only by the very reasonable pricing, but their transparency and professionalism. As I got closer to my session, of course I was super nervous about the process but after the very first session, I knew I made the right choice. The entire staff is so sweet, personable, and knowledgeable. My CLT, Erica, makes me feel super comfortable every time by keeping the area is very neat and clean, asking all the right questions, and checking in with me to make sure I’m doing okay. I’m so happy to have gone in the right direction with making this decision to laser with Peach Skin & Laser. I’m looking forward to my next sessions! I will be referring many to this office!

  4. The bedside manner of everyone I’ve seen has been nothing but professional. I like that fact that during the treatment we can get into a conversation about anything. You have a great team! The customer service is great as well, I never have an issue scheduling. Pricing is great as well. I used another place for my underarms, and paid way more than I should have. Keep up the good work!

  5. I’ve done sun spot removal and Botox at Peach Skin & Laser and the staff, and particularly Sabina, are always friendly, professional and courteous. I always receive an up-beat greeting upon entry into your lovely spa and never have to wait more than a few minutes. Sabina has made sure I understand the procedure beforehand and that I am fully aware of what I’m to do post-procedure. I have no doubt all of your staff is similarly well-trained.

    The staff and the location are perfectly fine, and why I would give them 2 stars just for that. However, the pricing has become insane. I signed up back in 2020 with full face and neck treatment with a lifetime membership. Being that these areas always come back, the discounted touch-ups were a huge factor in my decision to sign up. The touch-ups for these areas went from $140 to $250 (10% of the cost of a full price single session) in the last few months. I understand that prices go up, but I feel like this is just unrealistic. Being that they always run promos and things no one will ever pay the full price single session costs so hiking up the price 50% for the face and 150% for the neck is only hurting those who have signed up for the membership. I used to recommend it to everyone because of the lifetime membership, but from now on, I will caution everyone against it because they have made it nearly impossible to afford the ongoing treatments for those with the membership. UPDATE I’m taking it down to a one star review due to the response from the company. No one from Ideal Image reached out to me and on top of that I called the number as indicated and all they did was explain the pricing that I explained above. I had no confusion on the pricing. I think it’s wrong to nearly double the price on those locked in to the lifetime membership, I had no confusion on what was being charged.

    I have been coming to this location for laser hair removal for 6 months. I have naturally blonde hair on my head, so I was worried my hair wouldn’t be dark enough for treatment. After my initial consultation, the nurse observed that some of my leg hair has red tones in it and therefore isn’t treatable. I received a refund for leg hair removal and continued with underarm and bikini hair removal. The staff are great, and I’ve been very satisfied with my results so far!

    Experience was great! The laser tech that did my service was outstanding, she made sure I was comfortable at all times and asked if I needed breaks. All the techs I’ve had so far have been great, it’s not the most comfortable procedure to get but the techs are so friendly and easy to talk to the time flys by.

    Everyone that works there gives amazing service and results. However, my yearly membership renewed in November and you raised the prices quite a bit when I just went in January for my first appointment. I think you should have honored the prices that we joined with at membership. Just an FYI!

    As a guy. I was very apprehensive about any procedure that was available. After my consultation with AJ she put me at ease and I decided to go with a Botox treatment and was so impressed with the results. I will make sure to recommend the services offered and I will be looking into doing more.
