    Jenny Lee ,Grimes and the sweet receptionists in the front are all so kind and helpful!!! Jenny Lee goes ABOVE AND BEYOND I ALWAYS request to see her for my sessions. She’s AWESOME!

    To anyone complaining about the services taking too long or appointments being backed up need to grow up and schedule your own appointments months in advance! They have hundreds of patients you need to be responsible for your treatments, they can’t baby everyone.

    If you are responsible and proactive your sessions are smooth and quick.

  3. first of all, you should no longer let’s sales agents tell you how many applicators one needs without physically touching, seeing, and knowing what the customer can do. the sales agent told me that i would need the 16 to tackle all the fat that i want to lose. i am 112 lbs and 5’3 and a recent mother of two. after seeing an NP, she basically said that i can only do 2 cycles because i don’t have enough fat to work with. long story short— it’s been a huge hassle and a giant waste of my time and money trying to make it work. no one can do anything with your account or make adjustments without having to call some other office. everything is done in a giant roundabout way and that’s something that has to get straightened out. you guys need to really figure out a better way to operate and have clients enjoy coming to ideal image instead of wondering what is going to go wrong again, and then be told they can’t do anything about it! i would not recommend ideal image to anyone and the only reason i gave a “2” is for the nice people that work there. they truly are wonderful. please stop having them apologize on ideal image’s behalf!

  4. Jenny Lee is awesome! Can’t say enough good things about her and her quality of work. She is fast, efficient, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. She also has such a great personality and sense of humor, too.

    She’s been my favorite at this location but honestly the whole staff are so nice and welcoming.

  5. All the Nurses and kind and very thorough! I have enjoyed coming in. I’m greeted by name when I walk in and that makes ya feel good! I differentially requiem s coming here for Hair removal! I fell taken care of because they are medically trained and not just someone trained to pull hairs. Lol

    I filled out all of the paperwork that I was requested to through their Online Patient Portal PRIOR to my appointment. I arrived at my appointment and was asked to complete the SAME paperwork. The Provider spent LESS than 3 minutes Checking my FULL Body. I had to mention my concerns, after bringing them to her attention, she treated a couple. My Personal Information that was given to them twice (online and written) was NOT entered into their system as it was given to them. I have tried over 20 times for the last two weeks to call. After numerous times of being on hold for OVER 10 minutes a lovely staff member picks up the phone and HANGS IT UP!!! I have sent messages to them through their Online Patient Portal and have NEVER received ANY response. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, CARE, AND MANAGEMENT!!! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    Incredibly disorganized. Impossible to reach even after leaving numerous messages over several weeks. Apparently, someone is on leave and no one else is able to manage patient phone calls in the meantime. I showed up for my appointment, and they said I didn’t have one as if I made up the fact that I scheduled a follow up appointment after my last visit. Clearly, they need to work out their staffing and customer service kinks

    It took months to book the appointment after repeated voicemails and emails. Finally they book me. I show up early to fill out paperwork. I wait FORTY MINUTES in the lobby after my appointment time. No one addressed how long I had been waiting. No sense of urgency. I walked to the desk after waiting so long and I said “I will need to cancel my appointment. I have run out of time to be away from work” and the receptionist, with zero concern or care, said “ok, I’ll let them know.” What an absolute joke. Don’t waste your time. I’ll be telling everyone who will listen to avoid this place. I took time off work and still don’t have my needs resolved. If anyone knows a dermatology clinic in the Seattle area that actually cares for their patients, comment on this review (if that’s possible).

    Everyone there is very nice. Dr. Markus is friendly and knowledgeable. For some reason, however, they never answer the phone. If you leave a message, someone will call you back, but you might play phone tag. If you can, I recommend going in person to make an appointment.

    I just had to visit the office for a 3rd time because the phone is always busy. They had me scheduled for an appointment that I had already cancelled or never made. So I drove to the office to let them know. People at the front desk are pleasant but when I asked for a print out that all of my appointments had been cancelled they couldn’t figure out how to print it. Such a shame. They used to be such a good business. Now nothing seems to work with them including answering the phone. Really disappointed. I got a hand written verification that I had no outstanding appointments.
