It was a video consult and I am thankful for how honest the individual was with me. Rather then just letting me pay for a procedure that she has previously performed without the desired effects, she recommended that I not do it. She’s honest, makes great conversation, is realistic and keeps me well informed on how to take the best care of my skin. I’ve been to her for most of my treatments (except for my first two which were Botox and cheek fillers before my wedding by former employee who also was great!) and I’ve never been disappointed. I always leave feeling more beautiful and youthful than when I walked in. I will be very sad when she retires next year! As a RN for 12 years, I love having another RN (whose been at it much longer than that) that I can relate to and trust to take such good care of me. The entire place, not just the OR, is very clean and very organized. (Yes I’m the patient that quietly notices absolutely everything). The staff is very professional and very friendly. They all treated me with kindness and compassion even with all my nerves on surgery day, both times. The nurses and anesthesiologist were very kind and very sweet. My surgeon was Dr Oser. He’s awesome. More people need to be aware of his excellent work. (A separate, fully detailed review will be posted on Dr. Oser at my 1 year post op anniversary coming up soon) . I had my first consultation with Dr. Golla in regards to getting a breast reduction. It was a night a day difference between him and the previous surgeon I was working with.
Dr. Golla is kind, patient, listens, and really took his time in my appointment. He set realistic expectations and explains the risks involved but in an approachable manner.
His entire staff are wonderful people. They were extremely busy when I came in for my visit but was still treated with value and friendliness.
I worked with Charlotte initially over email and she is so quick to reply and laid out everything I would need to get the process going.
The entire experience gave me confidence that my procedure is in the right hands.
Staff was nice and the office was ran efficiently. First appointment felt very welcoming and Dr. Golla was knowledgeable and shared educational facts that are important. They seem to care about your overall health and well-being most, Not the money to be made from any procedure.
I had a very good meeting with the staff. I explained what I wanted and they were very honest and told me their treatments would not help me get the out come I wanted. I thank them for there honesty and their friendly environment.
