I then did a consultation with some managers and they were extremely knowledgeable and prepared. I had a billion questions and they patiently answered each one, even back tracking to make sure I had all the information I needed when necessary. I highly recommend everyone go here for your hair removal needs. I’m nearly done with treatments and am very pleased with my experience thus far. The staff is so personable and friendly, booking is easy, and the facility is as clean as can be! I have friends that have gone to other businesses and don’t have nearly as good as results, plus they have to pay more for touch ups. Can’t beat the lifetime guarantee 🙂
Milan has been wonderful! The staff is great and the results have been life changing!! It’s so great to be able to throw on shorts and not worry about shaving every day. My skin is smoother and isn’t dry and itchy from constantly shaving. I would highly recommend going to Milan!
Although i was not able to go through with my laser treatment I signed up for in the end, I was so impressed with the service that i received. A huge shoutout to Johannes for being so kind and patient with me. She answered all of my questions and dealt with my situation very professionally. I would defiantly plan on coming back when it is a time that makes more sense for me in my life just from the customer service i received alone.
The staff are friendly, efficient and safety conscious. I’ve been to 3 different locations and would highly recommend any and all of them. Before committing, you should know that you can’t have sun exposure to the areas before or after a treatment. Be smart when you’re planning what areas you want to treat and when you want to start, and don’t get mad at the staff for enforcing that rule—it’s for your own safety. Again, highly recommend!
