  3. I guess I should give my whole experience since that is what is most accurate. I called a few times over a couple of weeks and there was no answer during business hours. I then went to the website and asked for someone to contact me to schedule a consultation and no one got back to me. I finally was able to get ahold of someone who scheduled me for yesterday after about two weeks. The clinic is really nice and bright/ well maintained. I waited about 20 min and went in with the NP, I can’t remember her name but I think it was Nicole. I had come to get Botox and discuss getting lip filler and under eye filler, and possible treatment for what I thought was melasma. I got the Botox, which I think was the proper amount, as I have had it before. I think she applied it properly. I like her and found her friendly. I guess my only issue was that I asked about under eye filler and she said she wouldn’t treat me unless I also allowed her to do a $1200 morbeus procedure on my whole face and neck, and inject filler into my upper cheeks which would have changed the shape of my face. She said she would not give me under eye filler unless I let her do everything else to my face that she wanted. Even though I went in for a consultation on lip filler as well, and let her know during the appointment, it was never discussed so I didn’t end up getting any information about it at all from her. I felt kind of bad about myself after I left because she went over all the parts of my face that she felt looked aged or saggy and wanted me to do a lot of work. One of the problems with it was that she said certain areas were aged even though those areas have always looked that way. She pointed out multiple areas I’ve never noticed, which did make me feel pretty bad. I have to note that I am 39 but everyone who meets me thinks I am around 32 or even younger. The Botox itself was great. Waiting on the results but I am sure it will work. She did inject it skillfully. I shouldn’t have been surprised about the critique of my whole face, I know that is their job, it just stung then and later on. I do like her and would use her again, I’m just not sure I was ready for the appointment that I had. I do still want lip filler though, possibly. I got some information from a kind woman at the front desk after my appointment so I may set up an appointment for another consultation to discuss that.

  5. I’ve had dysport treatments before but this was my first time for lip filler. Sarah was absolutely amazing! I was so comfortable and pain free! My lips are gorgeous and my confidence soaring! ❤️

    I have been wanting to get laser hair removal for a while and I finally decided to try this one out! This was my first time getting laser hair removal, and it was honestly the most comforting and best experience ever! Both the receptionist and the nurse were really nice and assuring. They made me feel super comfortable, and calmed down all the nerves I was feeling. Rylie, my nurse, was really sweet and made sure to answer all of my questions. I am definitely coming back here for the rest of my sessions! Also pricing is fair/good. The location is a bit tricky but when they say it’s behind the cafe bakery, it’s LITERALLY behind it lol. I’m glad I went sooner because I was having trouble finding it, but I got there just in time. Also the pain was very minimal, less than waxing (for me). Also, Rylie made sure to ask me frequently if the pain was tolerable. It literally isn’t painless, they use a machine that blows cold air while the laser is on(something like that). But I am very happy about my experience, and even took the time to write a review because it deserves more rep. Also everything is aesthetically pleasing

    I booked my first Brazilian and abdomen laser hair removal sessions here, and it was a great experience! The front desk and nurse were very welcoming. The nurse was very communicative and adjusted the laser settings until we found which settings worked best (most tolerable lol). She was very informative and ensured that I had a comfortable experience despite it being a sensitive area to work on. The best thing was that my appointment was only about 20 minutes! I’ll continue to book all my future laser sessions with SEV now.

    I had never gotten a laser treatment before going to SEV but a friend recommended it and recommended SEV and it changed my life!! I was nervous before my first appointment, but the employees at SEV are great and will answer any questions you have and walk you through the whole process. The pain is really not too bad and nothing compared to waxing if you have ever gotten that done. After just a few treatments, you can already see much less hair growth and it is amazing not having to shave! Also the prices at SEV are extremely affordable for a laser treatment. Highly, highly recommend.

    First of the ambiance was soothing, the receptionist at the front was helpful and patient. The doctor was the best part of my experience she was extremely gentle and informative. She made sure she communicated with me throughout the whole process since it was my first time. I’m going back and I do definitely recommend them 👌

    I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and it’s a great stress-free experience every time !! I usually come here to see Dr. Nguyen regarding acne and other skin issues and she’s always super helpful and since I first started seeing her I’ve seen a huge improvement in my skin (and a big reduction in facial blemishes), BUT I have also come here for the occasional facial and the ladies always do a great job! They leave me looking clean and fresh faced 😁 and they’re great to chat with while they’re giving me the facial treatment.

    Very disappointed after 7 years of being a patient at this office and not receiving effective or quality service for care. Constantly being put on hold, not receiving a call back after leaving several messages to refill a prescription, 2 pharmacy attempts to refill a prescription and no call back from the office manager to assist with a solution. The office lacks communication, has no sense of urgency and is booked out for months to even make an appointment when requested by the physician.

    I will be forever grateful to Dr. Kane and her team for always taking my health so seriously. After developing Melanoma in 2016, Dr. Kane suggested to a family member of mine (who was already her patient) that I start seeing her. I’m so glad that I did. Dr. Kane is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and detailed. My surgical oncologist has great respect for her and knows she’s the best in the business. Dr. Kane makes detailed accounts of my skin’s status with each body scan and is always sure to bring up other aspects of my health to keep in check as it could relate to Melanoma. It’s of course scary to find out your body could possibly create a life threatening illness and I know at Laser Skin Care Center, I’m in very, very good hands.

    My first visit to Laser Skin Care Center was excellent. I had been really nervous about going, but once inside, I relaxed. Everyone (from the front desk to the nurses to doctors to receptionists) was professional, friendly, and very very helpful. “Dr. Ben” was especially helpful at putting me at ease and listening to my concerns. He was a complete professional, but also, very friendly and empathetic. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent health care.

    Came here to get something fixed Kaiser had done. The doctor and nurse were both super nice. They even made me stop and asked me why I wanted it removed. Just really kind people and a super lovely office. Thank you and trust me I’ll be back! Already told my mom to go here over Kaiser.
