Front desk check in was very polite and professional. We were called to the back and the one young lady assist my husband and Ms.Pat assist me,which the first thing came out her mouth was we don’t have much time and limited.I thought that was very unprofessional and I have been in health care 18yrs as a nurse and would never tell a patient or client that,I would have chosen a better approach, or just rescheduled us.I felt I was rushed, I even ask her to change the motion of the area I ask to pin point, she made a aggravated noise gesture as if I had said something wrong. I felt very rushed and this was the worse massage I have every had,feels and felt like I have had nothing done. But because I was honest when she asked me what I normally pay for a touch up and said I did not know so I was charged for a full session. I will be reaching out to the owner to see if I can get the whole thing done that I paid for. I think the nurse was ready to just leave. I told her to hit whatever needs to be done and she did maybe 10 hairs on my neck and 2 on my chin. You pay regardless if you get an appointment or not. Wait time is well over three months. I’m paying hundreds in Botox, I’ve been able to get three times in a year….no one picks up the phone, no availability, no online booking, just a headache to be honest.
I felt that I was taken advantage of. I went in for hair removal. I was charged $54 per month for moustache hair removal, payments 24 months. I then found out the specials they had were $41 for moustache and chin, per month. The sales gal would not respond to why she did not give me the special price, I emailed her a week ago. Very disappointed!
Don’t transfer to this location.
They will transfer you in and neglect to give you information about the process of transferring out.
It took me almost 3 weeks to get a transfer to this location to find out the didn’t even have availability for another 3 months. So I decided to transfer to a different in hopes of getting treatment somewhere else and it’ll take another 2 weeks.
Now I have to wait 5 weeks just to make an appointment to get treatment.
They were very kind on the phone just wouldn’t recommend taking the time to go to this location. Go to Atlanta or Gainesville.
Not only did it not work and I still shave daily but it actually made the growth much much worse than it had been before doing this (faster and thicker). A lot of time, money and pain wasted. Upset and regret doing this every day.
I am still recommending this business to friends. I have always had a positive experience with their customer service and have been receiving hair removal treatment here for years, not pricey but worth it in my opinion. As a mother of two young ones my time is precious and I love that I don’t have to add shaving to my to-do list.
