They take their time to explain their findings and treatment in words that I can understand. There is positive energy. The waiting area and treatment rooms are very comfortable and staff are attentive to my comfort. They listen and provide written instructions along with verbally detailing my care instructions. The entire team work like a well-oiled machine. The moment I arrived was greeted with so much kindness and warmth that I became at ease immediately. Everyone from front desk to nurse’s, assistants, and Dr’s were phenomenal. They all are so caring and kind. You can tell they truly care about their patients and it shows. The energy there is awesome. I chose to go with Milan because, as they state, it’s literally all they do. I truly believe it is worth the cost, in less than a year I am almost done! Once the hair isn’t there you don’t give it much of a thought. Its awesome. I would also like to point out that when I started I had just finished chemotherapy treatment and they went far above and beyond to confirm that any treatment they performed would be safe, sterile and just plain old okay for my body to endure at that point in time. Way more than I can say for other aesthetic places I visited. I came here for mid face injections and I am thankful they LISTENED to me. I got them before and I spent money just for the vials not to used. I had Jess. She was great. Very friendly. Kept me informed of everything that was going to happen. After my procedure she even made sure that everything was good with me. She kept asking me if I had any questions. she made my experience good. It was my first one
I had an excellent experience with my Nurse Practitioner. She explained all steps and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She made what could have been an uncomfortable experience into a tolerable and easy experience. Great job!
This was my first visit and experience with Ideal Image.
Went in for my first session with laser hair. Met with Jess, and she was an absolute delight. Very charismatic, comforting and respectful. She listened well and worked with me through the process. Changing up strides to short pulses when needed. I never felt rushed or put in a position of discomfort. 10/10 would reccomend her. Can’t wait for the rest of my treatment.
Jess did such a wonderful job! I am in love with the results! I love her energy and how she handled the whole procedure! She is just amazing! I’m definitely coming back.
