  1. Just had my first session! Everyone was so nice. I was really nervous going in but felt at ease with the process and options provided to me. I was worried about feeling pressured by the experience but didn’t get that at all. Definitely excited to finally start this process after a decade of debating but I’m glad I waited to find a place like Milan!

  3. I’ve had 2 treatments so far and even after the first one I noticed a huge difference.

    The staff is very professional and they make the process go by very quickly. It’s not a pain-free process but it’s definitely not as bad as I imagined.

    I’ve been recommending it to anyone who will listen to me talk about it!

  4. The staff is extremely friendly and incredibly inviting. Colleen really goes the extra mile to learn about her clients. It is evident she hires staff that does the same. This will be my home Milan store as long as I am in Cleveland! I got the back treatment for the first session today and the pain is mild but they are extremely accommodating and it has been a very smooth process so far.

I walked in and was greeted right away with a smile 😄 Colleen was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what Milan has to offer the clients! This was a huge deal for me as I never had laser hair removal! I am very happy with my decision of choosing Milan 💃🏻

    I needed to reschedule due to a work conflict and ended up having to split my appointment into two sessions. The woman who did the rescheduling for me was excellent and did what she could to try to find times outside of my normal working hours. The technician I had was phenomenal, if I could schedule all future visits with her, I would! She was very friendly and had a fantastic personality which was very helpful during the more painful areas of the laser hair removal treatment. She was considerate of my pain levels and sensitive areas and offered breaks to accommodate based on my preferences. She also managed to fit both my appointments into one session so I wouldn’t need to make the drive again the next morning. Despite moving at a faster pace, she was very thorough. I really appreciated the fact we were able to get everything completed in one visit. So far I’ve visited 4 times and I can genuinely say that every staff member I have interacted with has been courteous and friendly. I’m happy with the results of my treatments so far and I would absolutely recommend laser hair removal to any of my friends that are considering it.

    I love coming here they are always so professional and polite. I always go to Nina for my laser hair removal she’s awesome. She makes my treatments less painful. I hope she stays at the mayfield location she’s awesome. If your getting laser hair removal you have to go to Nina!! She’s the best!

    It was my first time getting Botox and I was so anxious. My nurse Becky was awesome. She was so patient with me and explained everything. I’m so happy with the results and will be going back.

    This issue has to do with their corporate office and not this location. I have had pleasant experiences with all the techs when I have come in for my appointments. My issue is with auto-renew for a membership that I didn’t even know I signed up for. I was told by the sales rep that I initially talked to that it was a one time fee. Much to my surprise I found a $300 charge on my credit card last month from Ideal Image. I called customer service to get it refunded and was told that since it was past 30 days they could not refund me. After several escalations and no budges from Ideal Image I was forced to dispute the charge with my bank. I would recommend their services but not anymore… $300 is a lot of money to just steal from your customers! I feel like the sales reps are deceitful and their customer service is just flat out rude. Definitely find somewhere else to get your med spa services done.

    I have had such an amazing experience with Milan Laser! Being a person of color, I was hesitant with laser hair removal and the process but the staff at Milan Laser in Legacy Village made my experience so comfortable and easy with the way they cater to a range of skin tones and make sure you see results. They answered all my questions throughout the whole process and make sure that you are comfortable during each laser session. I’ve seen so much reduction in hair growth, it is really worth doing. Scheduling appointments is also very easy and convenient, Anna is the best! I would highly recommend Milan Laser for hair removal!!

    This has easily become my go to place for all my hair removal needs! The consultation was free and straight forward. The workers were very respectful and made sure that I knew exactly what I got myself into and how to best take care of my skin in between visits. They even treated me as if I were a part of their family, not just a clientele which is a huge deal to me. If you were thinking about getting lasered, I’d say Milan is the place to go! I’ve only been to one treatment and already I can see signs of the treatment working. 5 out of 5 from me!
