  1. Hello, My visit itself was great. I liked the treatment and the employee was very competent. My issue was my original appointment was canceled the same day it was scheduled to occur do due staffing. I am charged a cancelation fee if I cancel on the same day, yet Ideal can do this to customers and not even offer an apology or $50 credit. why? I had this scheduled for several weeks and it was difficult to reschedule. Again no, offer to reschedule – just call us to pick another time.

  2. I’ve had good experiences so far with this location of Ideal Image all around. Friendly, clean, never too long of a wait. I recently went in for my complimentary service and was nervous I’d get the hard sell for why I needed it, etc. but it was great. Sarah was definitely a bright spot in it all! We had such nice, easy conversation that I hardly noticed the cool toning at all. It was clear that she knew a ton about the technology and made me feel comfortable with the process. People are definitely what make a location/business good and reliable and Sarah represents that to a tee.

  3. Giovanni was my tech, and she was amazing! I’d never had this service done before and she made me feel so comfortable and confident. She took her time to explain things clearly, answered any questions, and even explained what she was going to do prior to doing it and while doing it. A+++++ service!

  4. I had a second appointment for my IPL facial with Sara and she was AMAZING! So welcoming and nice! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and walked me through everything I needed to know throughout the appointment! Would fully recommend to everyone!

  5. I have an amazing time every visit. Every provider I had, had the most patience being that I’m so dramatic and squirmy to any amount of pain. I’ve never had a scheduling problem which is amazing considering that it could be a lot worse. It’s important to be diligent when scheduling appointments because it can be super packed! But the app makes scheduling beyond convenient. I’m not sure why other reviews are so negative…As a business owner myself maintaining a flexible schedule can be tough and I’ve always been taken care of…oh and the treatment …GREAT RESULTS. Definitely recommend.

    Absolutely awesome experience with LightRX! Had a wonderful laser hair removal procedure done by India. She was careful, professional and patient. My skin is smooth and hairless.     This place is horrible and seems primarily concerned with making money. My “old” plan offered a lower price, but the tech refused to honor the lower price. Additionally, the plan that was sold to me in 2022, was for two BASIC facials every month–peels and other deep cleaning requires more money. The workers at the front desks are always pushing new products & services onto clients. I do not recommend this business.

    OMG my lady, goodness I forgot her name but walked me through each part of the process. She also made me feel so comfortable and was super informative about all the procedures. I didn’t feel much pain. And she told me all the steps to see improvement on my tummy.

    I was rather pleased with the facility and the staff. Your business model is set up nicely and you are offering great deals to build your clientele base. I would advise taking down the 2 gifts allowed after initial Groupon because your business does not allow gifts. I was personally declined from use. It was rather disappointing honestly because after I pay off my account at Ideal Image I was going to transfer services to you guys.

    This place is the EPITOME of why Small Business are failing and can’t compete with the chain stores. I was recommended to try this place by a friend and couldn’t have been more disappointed. The front desk staff was extremely rude. My husband travels for work. I made an appointment a week in advance and he was sent out of town last minute. So I had to make the decision to either pay the cancellation fee or try to take my kids. Since they have been going to my waxes with me since they were in baby carriers, didn’t even consider the possibility it would be a problem. I did all the things it takes to get out the door… woke kids up from their nap early, packed everything I would need, rushed in the door barely in enough time only to be told they REFUSED to wax me because I had my kids with me. I’ll be going back to European Wax Center. Next month they’ll be opening a new location on Suffolk so I’ll be trying them out as soon as they open. At least there… I’ve never been treated so rudely or denied service basically because I have children. There is nothing about this on any of the texts, emails, website anything that was sent or communicated to be before my appointment. Just a complete waste of a trip and my time. **DO NOT RECOMMEND**

    Aaliyah is very pleasant to be serviced by. Very welcoming, informative, & calming. I get a Brazilian & it’s pretty quick & to the point. She knows what she’s doing, and does it well. Love her personality and energy . I was very tempted to come in for a walk in since they are cheaper but I set an appointment with Aaliyah because I value her customer service and how she waxes and didn’t want to risk not having my walk in brazilian with Aaliyah . If you’re nervous or it’s you’re first time.. book with Aaliyah. Looking for quality service ? book with Aaliyah. Want to be comfortable to ask as many questions ? book with Aaliyah .

    Got my first wax ever here Sunday and Megan was absolutely amazing! She made me feel extremely comfortable and talked to me about what to expect and all the Do’s and Don’ts of after care. Thanks to Megan I’ll definitely be a forever customer and I’m more than happy with my wax results!

    I went to get waxed prior to going on a cruise because I wanted to be smooth because I didn’t want to be wearing a shirt. I was extremely nervous and scared because I didn’t know what to expect. The staff was extremely friendly and nice. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the entrance to the exit. The receptionist was pleasant and extremely informative and polite. She was warm and welcoming as well. My wax professional was extremely informative and knowledgeable. She had great conversation and made the process so comforting. I explained it was my first time and I was nervous. She was gentle and took her time with me. She walked me through step by step to calm my nerves. The entire process was quick. The wait time was minimal and the place was packed. They suggested needed products and things I should do to take care of my skin for after care. The owner is simply amazing as well. I would recommend that everyone looking for a wax comes here. I can’t see myself going to any other waxing salon and can’t wait to schedule my return visit. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
