Since high school, I’ve been self-conscious of my dark hair in areas my fair skin/hair friends wouldn’t need to be. Tried waxing the past few years and my last experience was painful (in delicate areas), but I also had a bad skin reaction afterwards. I resorted to waxing at home which takes time and wasn’t enjoyable either. I am very grateful for the gift of laser hair removal at Milan because it takes such a few minutes for a treatment! Appointment sessions from the moment you walk in your treatment room, answer a few questions and then the treatment itself may run anywhere from 10, 15 maybe 20 minutes tops! Depending on the area being treated, you might feel a slight sting (aka spicy or saucy). But compared to the results, it is totally worth it to feel confident in my own skin. To make each visit even more comfortable I have to mention the staff. They are all beyond exceptional and approachable! I can talk with them about anything! They’re the best! I’m 63 years old and I’m looking forward to hairless and sexier (according to my fiancé) skin at my next appointment. I am giving this place 5 stars due to Donna alone.!! She is honestly the best! I have only had her a few times. She is always so professional. She makes me so comfortable and always makes sure I am satisfied with my service.
Natalie on the other hand. The worse experience in my life. She is so rude and charged me for a service she did not even do! Told me she did not have time to do it.
She left my under arms bleeding and basically told me that I would get over it.
I have been going to hunny bunny for 4 years now and never had 1 single issue.
I pray no one ever goes to her as a new client because I promise you she will put you out of business.
I seen a review for the about 6 months ago and it matched my experience exact! I left in tears I was so mad.
I went for a upper lip and underarm. It was very clear that my 20$ was not worth her time.
Little did she know I always tip 100% so she lost out.
I was furious.

Najja was awesome. She had patience and showed compassion while preforming my services. She talk to me the hold way through. She was very considerate. This was the 1st time I had been in there and didn’t leave with wax all over me. I will be booking with her from now on.
This was my first time ever waxing anything but my eyebrows so I didn’t know what to expect or how to feel. I booked with Amanda because she had the best reviews on Google and she was great. She was very comforting, knowledgeable and quick. I was nervous about going in because the thought a stranger in my lady business judging didn’t sit right with me but Amanda talked with me the entire time and it wasn’t awkward at all. I do however wish their after care instructions were on paper. Amanda was awesome and very informative on what I needed to do in terms of aftercare, and was more than happy to repeat herself but it was difficult retaining the information she was giving me while getting waxed because my mind was elsewhere coping with the pain. Lol. I’ll definitely only be making my appointments with her from here on out.
The girls always help calm my nerves while still being professional. Amanda is one of the quickest and yet efficient estheticians I’ve ever had. Great service!
