  1. I initially loved this place when I moved. I’ve been to this business about a few times with no issues. Yesterday I went in for eyebrow threading. I allowed my eyebrows to grow out for 2 months for them to be threaded incorrectly. I understood they had a wait but don’t rush my eyebrows if you’re too busy to do them correctly. They were threaded to two different shapes and now are very thin on the side. Now I have to go on vacation worried about my eyebrows. I’m highly upset. Looks like I’ll have to fill them in daily.

  2. The lady who did my eyebrows was a little pushy for the up-sell for tinting my eyebrows. I only wanted them threaded. Oh and this was my first and only visit. She left a tissue napkin on my shoulder that she was using and hair all on my face. Her attitude was poor and she was a bit rough. And yes I know it can be a bit painful but it almost seemed purposely bc I declined the up-sell. She commented that one of my eyebrows was longer than the other, but didn’t fix it. No worries though I did when I got home. Just a snip to the tail end. Cleanliness of the shop was not that great. Dirty drawers for the workstation. She came from the back and didn’t wash her hands. I’m not sure what she did in the other room, but being that they touch people’s face, washing hands prior to working is a plus for me. Overall she got the shape down.

  3. I love this location! They are cordial and polite. Reema does and excellent job on my lashes. I moved to Dallas and still drive there to get my lashes done. I also want to give kiddos to Manju who does a great job as well!

  4. This was my first time visiting this location, found them on Groupon. Soha was wonderful and did a great job on my lashes and brows. Will definitely be back for a fill in two weeks.

  5. I had a good first time experience with Sam (I believe I spelled her name right if not my apologies ) highly recommend – very friendly staff who made me feel welcomed and loved how my brows looked at the end of my service.

    The girl doing my procedure was very kind, friendly, and comforting. However, I was a little off put by what happened prior to getting there. My appointment was set for 5pm. I intentionally set it for that time to allow me time to go home, bathe, and just get in the right head space. On my way home from work I opened the app to check the address and realized it said my appointment was at 4:10. Which was that very moment. That caused me a bit of a panic, I am high strung about being ontime/early to appointments. I called and asked what was going on. I was told my appointment was 4:10, but as long as I got there by 4:25 it would be okay. So I rushed over there as fast as I could. When I got there I showed the text message I received the day prior stating my appointment was at 5. The girl at the desk looked confused because there was no note or indication it had been changed. Then another girl came up and said she had moved my appointment up to “allow time for her to take care of some things.” She said she didn’t realize I would be notified, then said a couple other things to the girl and walked off. Please speak to your people about changing our appointments. It may not bother some, but it causes others of us a ton of anxiety, especially when it’s not even communicated to us. People set appointments according to their schedules and availability. That shouldn’t be changed around for an employee’s benefit. Especially without any communication. I know this was long, but I really want to stress the importance of keeping appointments the way they are agreed upon. Please note, my 2 “in-house” experiences have been WONDERFUL. I am an extremely modest person getting the bikini treatment. The staff have always made an uncomfortable situation way better.

    To say, I am extremely disappointed, would be an understatement. I had my first laser hair removal appointment on February 18 afterwords I filled out a form for the numbing cream. I was told I was gonna be contacted by the pharmacy within two weeks so my address could be confirmed and it will be shipped to be. Two weeks goes by I don’t hear anything so I called the one 800 number. The lady I speak to tells me she’s going to personally call me back after she checks with the pharmacy. I never hear back a week later I called back again I get transferred to the pharmacy line where I leave a voicemail. I still don’t get contacted back. Last Friday I go in person at the location where I’m getting treated, The lady at the front desk tells me the coordinator went out to get breakfast she’ll will give her my information when she come back and she will call me back that same day. Of course I don’t get a call back. on Saturday march 31st I called the 800 number again I was given the pharmacy number I called the pharmacy number they were closed so I just called them today Monday April 3rd and they tell me they don’t have my information in the system meaning that the form I filled out at my first appointment on February 18 was never submitted to them. I’ve never left a bad review for a company because I understand things can happen, but having to deal with this for the past four weeks with no resolution is beyond me.

    This is the best staff! I’ve been to multiple locations and this was by far the best! Morgan at the front desk helped me out, she solved all my problems and answered all my questions. My technician Wendy was skilled and made sure I was taken care of! Loved the whole experience!

    I recently stopped at this office for my hair removal. My tech was Tabitha and she was friendly and very professional. I was nervous but she said things to keep me calm and it wasn’t long and it was all done and I was on my way. An excellent first impression.

In fact, she stayed a bit overtime just for me to make sure that my hair looked perfect, which it most certainly did. She has great attention to detail and recommendations and gave me the best treatment that I have ever received. My hair looks better than ever before. Vianey is also highly knowledgeable and kept me entertained the entire time with great conversations, and she truly listened to what I wanted.     Very happy with my hair service. Wendy took care of me. My hair was very damaged and she took her time processing me and being gentle with my hair treatment. She cuts hair beautifully and framed up my face without taking away length. She made gorgeous beach waves when styling my hair. Great job! Happy with the color and style. Love the front desk people too. They took care of me and check out was fast. Felt very pampered the whole experience.

    Would not recommend wendy, service is great but didn’t get the results i wanted. She dyed it, and i left the salon at night so i couldn’t see the color well, but when i got home my hair looked like it hadn’t even been touched. So i called the salon back and wendy even mentioned herself that it didn’t come out how she wanted it to. So you let me leave the salon knowing my hair wasn’t anywhere near what i asked for…. anyways so i go back and still didn’t end up with what i wanted. $220 could’ve definitely gone to someone better.

    As I was searching for a new colorist, I was referred to Victoria, by 2 different people. Wow, I was so impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. She took time to explain the process regarding the color correction I needed. I was extremely impressed with the outcome of my color! I have referred several people to her and they all have been very pleased. She also suggested products I needed, as I have somewhat curly hair. These products worked amazingly well. She is by far the most knowledgeable colorist I have found. If you are in need of a colorist I strongly suggest Victoria! She is amazing! You will not be disappointed.

    Save yourself a bad experience…my daughter went in for a blonde balayage and came home in tears with brown uneven hair. Victoria was rude and so was the manager Tracy. We had to dispute the charges with our bank as they refused a full refund. My daughter is a full-time college student who also works and they ruined her hair right before her new job. We have been to this salon before but they can’t seem to keep the same help. Stay far away from here if you value your hair!!!
